Paradise House 12 guest, private pool, 2 miles from white sand beach

Enjoy your stay with the family or friends in a fun beach house with a tropical paradise backyard, enclosed privacy fencing, large heated pool, play room and 4 bedrooms. Included 2 king beds, 2 queen beds and 2 bunk beds. Updated backyard with umbrellas and lounge chairs.

Playground for kids across the street. House locate only 2 miles away from the white sand Venice beach and 1.5 miles from Venice, FL downtown. Restaurants and main grocery stores in minutes away. Also, 20 minutes from famous Siesta Key Beach in Sarasota, FL.

During the winter months we can heat up the pool with guest(s) request. Between the month of November to March the weather is South West Florida will drop. We do have an anility to heat up the pool for additional cost. The pool is over 22000 gallons and requires a day or two to heat up which need more energy.

Nice stay

The backyard area and pool was excellent. The location to downtown Venice was excellent Neighborhood was quietHost responses were excellent and they were quick and helpful. The only drawback from keeping this 5 stars was that there were only 2 bathrooms which made it tight for the amount of people stayingOverall- we had a wonderful stay

Great stay!

We loved the pool and the backyard. True paradise. Very clean! Owner provided champagne, drinks, coffee. We would definitely stay again!

Great Location! Great House! Great pool!

Brought the family down for spring break and had an amazing experience. Plenty of room for everyone, great backyard with pool and only four minutes from the beach! Check in process and host were amazing and we'll definitely come back!

Beautiful place

This is a very beautiful location. There was more than enough room to accommodate our large group of family and friends. We loved that it was only a couple of minutes away from the beach and grocery stores. The host was also very helpful and attentive. We definitely enjoyed our stay

Wonderful spacious and great location

Loved this quaint property with a large pool and Cuban themed decor! The owners have really thought about all the amenities. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and super communicative and responsive hosts. Highly recommend! 10 out of 10....you will like the location close to restaurants, Publix, the beach, all the good things this beach town has to offer.

Great for a big family get together ❤️

This housr it is super close to downtown Venice and the beach. The pool and the back yard are fun. We had a great stay! The hosts are great and very responsive. We will be going back!

Perfect getaway

This was a very nice place to stay, it was plenty of room for our family. Our kids loved the game room. The pool area is beautiful (especially at night) with many fragrant trees. Location is great, very close to beaches and everything else we would need. We would definatly stay again. Hosts were excellant.

Cozy and comfortable for family

We enjoyed the beautiful backyard which provided multiple seating areas. Nine adults had enough space throughout our stay both inside and outside. The hosts communicated with us and were available when we had a question. Thank you for a fabulous stay in Venice.

The property owners were very helpful and understanding. We had a few glitches in our trip on our part and the property owners were not only understanding but very helpful. There were also a few niceties added for our enjoyment. We would love to stay here again.

Perfect stay

Review from our 9 year old- “This is the best house ever!” We had a great time! We were multiple families with 4 children under 10. The pool and outdoor space was beautiful and a great place to relax in the evenings after the beach. The kids LOVED the pool. Everything we needed was super close by. Couldn't have been better!

What a great home!!!

7 of us stayed at this property. From the time this whole planning process began, the owners were in touch with me. They were available whenever I had a question. Every room was comfortable and clean. We all felt at home. Pool was beautiful as well as the lighting outdoors around the pool.

Close to Fox Lea

We were two families staying at this home for a horse show, the home is very close to Fox Lea! We felt safe in the neighborhood, and close to many restaurants, grocery stores and everyone you could need. The kids enjoyed swimming in the pool and while having it heated it was comfortable for them! The house is outdated, but beds were comfortable and the besides the flooring everything else seemed clean!

Outstanding property with plenty of space

Our family of 6 stayed in this fabulous property for a family birthday party. The home is situation in a quiet neighborhood, convenient to everything, and it was perfect for our stay. The 4 bedrooms are outfitted well, with plenty of space and beds, linens provided too. The heated pool was wonderful and the seating areas and fire pit around the pool are lovely. The owners left snacks and champagne as well as other drinks upon our arrival, and they were very attentive and responsive throughout the stay. The game room was great for the kids too. We had a great time and would stay here again for certain.

Nice place! Lots of Space!

Our large extended family stayed here over the holidays. Modern design. Several of the bedrooms dont have a tv, but you are on vacation! Huge backyard with several different conversation areas. Hosts were very attentive and checkin with texts. Thank you for a memorable time! BTW... search for shark teeth on the beach.

Priced High for what you get - Hosts were great!

Overall, our stay was decent. For the price, I was expecting something a bit nicer. The photos always end up better than seeing the home in person. The primary bedroom had two king-sized beds (funky layout) and a waste of an extra bed. The shower had no water pressure and a plastic curtain 😩. Plenty of towels, and great communication from the hosts. It was clean upon arrival no delays with access, etc. Easy to get in and out. They do a great job with the booking process.

Quintessential Florida Paradise

The house was absolutely perfect for our group. Two families with kids! The Air Hockey table kept everyone busy and to have a space for the kids to hang was a huge bonus. And games!!! Board games and cornhole! The backyard was an absolute oasis, lush florida foliage (frangipani is my favorite and there were atleast 3 varieties plus the spikey tree out front was a crowd pleaser!) and a spot for everyone…hammock, loungers, fire pit and a cabana! The pool was huge and deep, we spent the afternoon and evenings in that after sifting for sharks teeth at the beach. You couldn’t ask for a better location and a quit and safe neighborhood. The hosts were communicative and responsive. We would definitely go back again!

Not pleased

Property was in safe location and easily accessible. Owners were easy to get in touch with. Pool area was nice snd large to accommodate group.Pool was not heated when we arrived like promised. It was a cold week but other properties pool were warm. Pool did heat slightly by last day but was unusable for 3/4 days. Also in fire pit area some dangerous small posts sticking out of ground. Was nervous for kids to be near. House was extremely outdated other than parts of kitchen. Bathrooms were old and although clean felt dirty. Water pressure in sinks was very light. Laundry was nice but vacuum was not working as well as toaster. Some bath Towels had stains snd holes in them. Overall house felt unkept despite owners attempts to make it welcoming.

Fun Place for Kids!

We really enjoyed this house and area with our 4 children ages 8 and under. Even though the weather was only in the mid-60’s, our kids spent several hours in the heated pool. The backyard is south facing, and the pool got several hours of direct sunlight, so we were warm enough to swim even in a below-avg. temp February. The outdoor gas firepit is very nice, and we used it quite a bit due to the cooler weather. Huge grill and propane provided! Our kids enjoyed looking for shark teeth at the area beaches. The house is clean, and the host is very responsive and accommodating. There are 12 beach towels provided and there are several bathroom towels as well as 3 beach chairs and a cooler to bring to the beach. The neighborhood feels safe, and there is a park with a playground just 1/2 block away. Grocery store is less than 1/2 mile away. Kitchen is fairly well stocked, but if you plan on doing extensive meal preparation, you will want to bring your own 9x13 pan, scissors, kitchen sponge, and dish towels as those items are not provided. Also, a keurig and k-cups are provided for coffee, but no traditional coffee pot. All in all, would recommend this house, host, and area!

Amazing location for vacation. Venice downtown is 1 miles away, close shopping center and most important Venice beach is 2 miles from the house. Amazing green backyard with large pool.
