I had a problem immediately upon checking in. Not a single outlet/plug-in worked in the bedroom with the bunk beds. We arrived from the beach and I needed to put my 1 year old down for a nap, but couldn't plug in the sound machine or the baby monitor. I moved around furniture, etc and messaged the host to see if there was a breaker box somewhere or if that's just how it is. She never responded to me! Ever. And that is why I have to leave this unhappy review. The baby never got her nap and it really messed up our day/night. There were multiple other problems that I won't type up, but even when I messaged her again the next morning about another issue, there was no reply. It's been 4 days since we checked out (I really wanted to give her a chance to respond before leaving a review) and nothing. Praise the Lord that we got in the place because we had slight difficulty with the door and we would've just had to drive 1.5 hrs home. One other issue that I will mention is that there is some type of device on the top of the door frame in the master bedroom that flashes a super bright LED light every 30 seconds. Looked like it does when lighting flashes. Horrible for sleeping.
