It was obvious the condo was a long term rental and not ready for VRBO guests. It was dirty and in need of many repairs. We did cleaning and maintenance, changing furnace filter and many other tasks that should have been done. The condo was not equipped with enough linens, cookware and seating for 4 guests. When we complained to the host the only offer was reimbursement for cleaning materials. We had other issues with this host. We do not recommend renting from them.
