This house is owner occupied. You have your own entrance in the unit and it is private. There is a parking space on property. Unit has its own backyard with dining area and spa. Entire neighborhood is very peaceful and located close to the strip, Art district and Downtown. MOST IMPORTANT ROLE OF THIS PROPERTY IS TO KEEP IT PEACEFUL AND DO NOT MAKE A NOISE. PARTIES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Backyard and hot tube is open for you from 8am to 10pm

#3 Infants, babies, toddlers and children are more than welcome but each one must be specified on your reservation.
#4 there can not be more than 4 people in or on the property at any one point in time
#5 the guests will respect and follow all community guide lines listed inside the apartment or on the property
#6 you agree to know and agree to following fees:
a) smoking: $200 for each day you are in the apartment smoking
b) late checkout: $20 if your checkout is unauthorized to be late (up to 1 hour)
c) lost keys: $130 to replace keys and locks as of lost keys
#7 you ensure you have a crime free record and wont carry any weapons to the property
#8 a violation of the house rules can lead to an immediate removal of all guests without refund
#9 you agree to be booking in good will and you will not attempt to damage the property because you are dissatisfied with a ruling by Vrbo or the host in the event that a violation of the host's rules occur
#10 if any non following of the house rules leads to having to discount or refund the next guest you are responsible to cover the resulting cost.
