The property itself was very nice and as advertised. The neighborhood in which the property resides leaves very little to be desired however.

Very nice place. The host was quick to respond to messages. Very close to the natatorium for the swim meet my son was in. Would stay here again.

The location was in close proximity to Luke Oil Stadium. The property was nice and clean and the host (Brian) responded quickly to my questions.

We didn't receive any check out procedures from the host, which was kind of unusual. There's nothing in the immediate area, and no outside seating or yard, but it is conveniently located to downtown Indy, which was our goal.

Thank you for your feedback. For clarification to future guests, detailed check-in and check-out instructions are provided through Vrbo and sent prior to arrival and departure. The property does have a small yard; however, outdoor seating is not currently listed or advertised as an amenity. While the home is located just outside of downtown rather than in the center of a commercial district, many guests appreciate its convenient location just minutes from downtown Indianapolis, the Indiana Convention Center, Lucas Oil Stadium, Gainbridge Fieldhouse, Victory Field, the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and more. We’re glad the location was convenient for your visit to downtown Indy and appreciate you staying with us.

Indy stay

This house was awesome! It was a new build, fully equipped with all your needs, and clean. Parking is parallel parking on the street in front of the house. We had no problem having available parking. Great location if you are going to Indianapolis Speedway.
