Thank you for your review and for highlighting that the condo was clean and that you had a positive experience with us as your host. I’m sorry to hear you experienced concerns with neighbors. Please know that guest comfort and privacy are top priorities, and we will continue working closely with the homeowners association to ensure a welcoming environment for visitors.
To clarify, the AC units in our community are securely located on the roof, out of reach and not accessible to outsiders. Our community is also gated, with passcodes required to access the property, so guests can feel confident about safety while enjoying their stay.
