This one-bedroom traditional La Paz apartment is unlike any other. It is a centrally located apartment with sea-view, walking distance to the marina and the malecon, and has a beautiful pool! The apartment is well-equipped and has luxury perks like a rain showerhead, and soft sheets. If you are looking for an apartment that has it all, at an affordable price point, Casa Blanca is it!

The space

This space has vaulted ceilings and is filled with windows. Out the front windows you can see the Sea of Cortez and the main marina in La Paz. The back balcony off of the bedroom overlooks the complex pool. The apartment has a private rooftop that is lightly furnished. This apartment is a gem! And you will be hard-pressed to find anything like it in La Paz.

Pictures on ad do not show the chicken and rooster farm out the back of the property, sleeping was next to impossible. Busy street out front. Roof top deck w/peakaview view of marina but no out door furniture to utilize. Ok property otherwise.
