This home's unique, inverted floor plan features a gourmet kitchen accented by granite counters and stainless steel appliances along with a living room, laundry closet with washer and dryer and balcony overlooking Thames Street on the second floor. The first floor of the home feature the two bedrooms, both with king sized beds, flat screen televisions and en-suite bathrooms. There are two bedrooms on the first floor and one den on the third floor. The third floor lounge has a pull out sofa and also has a roof deck with partial water views.

Conveniently, this property features off street parking for two vehicles.
***Cancellation Policy***
Guest who cancels more than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund less a processing fee of 10% of their total deposit or a charge of $250.00, whichever is the lesser amount. No refunds will be issued to Guest who cancels within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date. No refunds will be issued for early departures or no shows. Date changes will not be permitted within 30 days of Guests stay.

To complete a booking, Guest is required to submit an online Guest Identity Verification form. A copy of a government issued photo ID and a detailed listing of the full names of all other occupants/guests staying in the unit must be submitted. Greatest stay and centrally located

Our family had the best time given the quick access to beaches and shops. The place had all that we needed and it was super clean. We loved having parking and 2 porches with great views. We plan to return soon!

Upscale accommodations in awesome location

Located on Thames Street, we left our in their designated spots (two for our rental) and easily walked and biked all around Newport. The rooftop deck provided great sunset views after a day out around town before dinner. Restaurants are plentiful, but the kitchen is also well set up for cooking in if you desire. Both bedrooms and ensuites were on the ground floor that provided amazing water pressure in the shower. I'd seek to stay here again next time I'm in Newport.
