Welcome to 6 Tuckerman Terrace, home of the most exquisite and coveted sparkling ocean views in Middletown~ Newport. Each bedroom includes an en suite bathroom. Enjoy newly renovated open floor layout, with panoramic ocean views from the living room, kitchen, tv room, hallways, and bedrooms. You will never grow tired of the sunny, breezy Serena and Lily appointed living area or the steps down to the water. Fall asleep to the sounds of the waves crashing on the shore. Sip on champagne while sinking into the hot tub. Your unforgettable seaside vacation awaits.

This home was amazing! The space, the amenities, the views!!!It was such a quiet neighborhood, we felt like actually lived here. We also loved the fact that we were literally 10 minutes from Newport, a town our family loved. Kerrie was a perfect host. Communication with her was easy. Any questions we had, which were minimal, because she gave us crystal clear instructions both on this website and a great note left in the kitchen, were answered immediately! Awesome! The sunsets!

Newport Family Vacation

Great location and beautiful views. We had some rainy days but the view from the house made up for it. Close to the cliff walk, mansions, shopping and restaurants.

Hidden Gem

Beautiful ocean views while relaxing on the decks, in the living room, master bedroom or while in the hot tub. This lovely property is tucked away in a very quiet neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of Newport tourism. The owners were very responsive and everything was perfect upon check-in. I would highly recommend this property for your next vacation.

Amazing home and stunning location

This property is the perfect place to stay to get away to relax but have access to all of the great activities and restaurants in downtown Newport. Also a bike ride to the beach! Definitely recommend this home. Homeowners were easy to work with and very accommodating. Loved it!

Best Place EVAH!

The Newport area is one of our favorite places and this home is our favorites. It was open and spacious with tall ceilings for the tall members of our family. We had great sunsets overlooking Easton Beach towards the cliff walk and the mansions beyond. What a great location to see the sights and enjoy the restaurants and natural beauty.

85th Birthday Celebration

We were lucky enough to rent this beautiful home to celebrate my father's 85th birthday. The location is amazing, the property beautiful and the owners so nice and easy to work with. The house easily accommodated the 3 generations of our family and everyone had an incredible time! Looking forward to a return visit very soon!

Beautiful Week in Middletown

We had an incredible week at this beautiful home in Middletown, Rhode Island. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the layout of the house—with spacious, comfortable bedrooms—made it ideal for our family. We loved how easy it was to walk to nearby spots and how close we were to both Newport and everything Middletown. It was the perfect place to relax, and enjoy the best views! Highly recommend! Wedding Weekend

Our getaway

This property was perfect for us. We had our three grandchildren as well as our 3 adult children and one son in-law. We were close to the beach, Newport shops and restaurants. The home had everything and anything that we needed!

Perfect Winter Retreat

Such a beautiful house in the most perfect location with gorgeous views of the ocean, lovely walks nearby and very close to all the restaurants etc. The house was perfect for a large group with lots of space for everyone and (critical for a winter rental) great temperature control throughout. It was really nice to be so close to a bunch of great beaches for walks and be able to look at the beautiful views every morning. And it's perfect for kids!

We came for three nights Easter weekend. House was beautiful! We loved the rocks and views. Kerri couldn't have been nicer or quicker to respond with questions. Would come back in heartbeat!
