Great location with safe and beautiful areas to walk our dog. House was very well equipped and comfortable. Communication with host as needed was perfect.

My family, including our two dogs, had a fantastic stay! The place was extremely comfortable, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and full of charm. The amenities were top-notch, making our stay feel like home. Mike was a responsive and thoughtful host. Highly recommend!

Comfortable, beautiful and convenient

We loved our stay at Mike’s beautiful guesthouse. It’s brand new, very comfortable and convenient to so many popular areas around Charleston. It has abundant natural light in the living area and a pet friendly environment which we found so welcoming. It’s down a small gravel road in a centrally located neighborhood which makes it feel like you’re in the country, but you’re actually very close to shopping etc. Highly recommend staying here!

Chs Weekend Trip

I booked this stay super last minute for my mom’s birthday and I’m so glad I did! We had a great view from this property (as promised). We stayed for July 4th and we could see fireworks from the patio! I will say the wifi connection was a little spotty but we were there to enjoy the beach anyway so didn’t bother us all that much.

View of golf course and water was amazing. Good location near Charleston. Recently renovated or updated. Clean space. There were a few small bugs that were noticed around on the floor but nothing major.

Place was perfect 2 week stay for our need( waiting for a renovation to be done on James island) it was pet friendly, and a very convenient commute to work and home. Great breeze out on the patio, but was alittle warm to sit out. The view is distant fireworks on the 4th was an added bonus.

I moved to Charleston in 2007, and I immediately fell in love with the coast and the Lowcountry.

Since moving to Charleston, I've watched a city that was once “South Carolina’s best kept secret" transcend into the world-renowned travel destination it is today.

I love boat days, sleeping late, and camping with my pups. I enjoy hosting all friendly folks; I especially enjoy hosting those who are experiencing Charleston for the first time.
