Step out to the balcony and enjoy the beautiful golf course views, adjacent to the driving range! Just on the other side of the staircase, you'll find the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen includes granite countertops, modern appliances, and a center island with bar seating for three. The dining table seats eight comfortably, making it a great spot for shared meals or game nights. Tucked next to the dining room is a dedicated workspace with a monitor, perfect for remote work or catching up on emails. Step out onto the patio from the kitchen and enjoy the fresh mountain air from the comfort of the outdoor furniture.
