Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Two options for trash disposal: Take out the kitchen trash yourself,( no public dumpster nearby).Use the bins in the garage. The bins outside on Monday night, return it to the garage( Tuesday evening)
When using the air conditioner, please make sure all windows are closed so that energy isn't wasted.
We cover Utility coast up to $400. If the bill exceeds this amount, the difference will be your responsibility- so far it has not gone over.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
