We had the best time at this property! It was very clean and so close to the beach! Just a short short walk. I would definitely recommend!

Just steps from the beach!

It was very clean and on a quiet street, only thing missing was an outdoor grill, but otherwise great!

Perfect Beach Locale

Just steps away from the ocean and this 3rd floor apartment has an amazing view of the beach! Besides an iron, it had everything we needed. I definitely recommend!

Our family had the best week staying at this lovely property. It was the perfect size for our family and very clean and updated. The location can’t be beat! Steps away from the beach and right across the street from the park. The staff was amazing and super responsive. The check in process was simple and smooth. We can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend this property!

Home away from home

We were extremely pleased with how accommodating and clean this property was. There were 5 of us, my daughter her boyfriend, my son his girlfriend and myself. We had plenty of room. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The washer and dryer worked well and was nice to have. Bathrooms had plenty of towels. Location was perfect. We could see the ocean from our balcony and just a very short walk to the beach. We had 2 vehicles and never had a problem with parking. I would definitely stay here again.

21st Celebration

We rented all 3 of the owners units - they were great all of them. The units were well stocked, the beds were very comfortable as was the living space. We loved the decks - hanging out with the family and the views were spectacular. Our families have shore home in Cape May & Sea Isle but we've al decided to come back again where we can get eveyone in one place.

Great location!

Great stay for kids and pup. Property is just as advertised, but is surprisingly bigger than the pictures online. Bedrooms are perfect size and have their own TVs. Location is a few steps from the beach and was easy to go back and forth when needed. Balcony is large and gives a great view of the ocean, as well as, an amazing breeze in the evening. Jeanne is amazing to deal with and responds quickly. We will definitely be back!

Great Condo Near the Beach

The condo was exactly as it looked in the pictures. Very clean and close to the beach. One small issue, the washer's spin function was not working so we had to transfer sopping wet clothes to the dryer and run it multiple times to dry the clothes. I'm sure this will take only a service call to fix. I'd recommend others wanting a long weekend in OC.

Location, Location, Location.

The accommodations & amenities were perfect for our week get away. The unit was clean & well kept. The short walk to the beach was a plus for carrying beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc. Other tenants in the building were friendly & cordial. We had three cars and parking in & around the unit was never an issue. We would definitely look to rent again in the future.

Thanks for the Memories!

Wonderful location for our annual family reunion centrally located between my brother and sister in laws condos - and our son plays in the OC Classic Lacrosse Tournament every year. Very comfortable and clean. Big plus to be able to have our oldest sons dog with us! Jeanne was very helpful! Thanks for a great week!

Excellent, would stay again

The apartment was very clean when we arrived and is nice and updated, it didn’t feel dingy like some of the cheaper beach houses we’ve stayed in. The host is thorough with her check in/out instructions and available at anytime for concerns. It was extremely nice having the linens, kitchen products, starters on paper towels/TP etc. Very nice having laundry right in the place. The location was perfect for our family, directly across from Northside park. We loved that we could bring our two dogs to stay with us and the size of the place was perfect for us. Only issue we had was our pick-up truck was too large for the assigned parking so we had to park in the street, but there were usually always spots available.

Great Getaway for Family with Dog!

Great location near the beach and really clean for a pet friendly rental. All the amenities were available so we could jump right into our vacation. There was a brief snafu when our door code email got lost in the ether, but Jeanne the Property Manager quickly resent it. She also made us aware that the rental was available for an extra night At a reduced cost if we wanted it - which we gladly took even though we didn’t spend the night. Best decision ever as we had another full day and time to take a shower before getting on the road.
