This place was amazing! The host was so nice! Left us goodies that my 3 year old loved. Extremely clean and comfortable. We did have a noise issue with the upstairs neighbor the last night and the host was so prompt to get it taken care of. Will stay here again when coming to Chattanooga! Thank you!

We had an amazing time at this location! We spent mornings with coffee on the porch and in the evening with cocktails. The property manager was very helpful and she left a card and happy birthday balloon for my husband-such a nice touch. I would have rated excellent, unfortuneately our layout was in the bottom portion of the house and a family of twin 14 year olds, a 4 year old, grandparents and parents were non-stop until after 1:00am each evening. Otherwise, it was an perfect getaway in such a charming city.

Our stay here was pretty great! Very clean and well appointed, well functioning showers with comfortable beds and living room furniture. So much space for everyone, and we just loved the layout and overall style and historical feeling of the unit.We had one very minor issue and it was taken care of less than 30 min from the time I sent a text to the host to the completion of the issue. Meghan, the host, is very responsive and a delight to communicate with. We were able to walk to many of he places we wanted to go, which included Urban Stack for great burgers and drinks, Alleia, and Warehouse Row. Also walkable to the Choo Choo and the dining options they offer. If you have more than 4 cars, parking can be tricky, but we did manage to fit by utilizing the included overnight street parking pass. While the neighborhood is pretty quiet itself, if there is someone occupying the unit upstairs, you will hear them, due to the age of the structure. The units to have reminders of quiet hours of 10PM-8AM. All in all we really enjoyed our stay!
