Esta hermosa unidad de oro acaba de ser remolded de arriba a abajo! Cada habitación está bellamente decorada y tiene todas las comodidades y comodidades que necesitará para una estancia relajante en la playa. El balcón tiene hermosos muebles en los que se puede disfrutar de la vista del océano y piscina al aire libre y patio.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama de matrimonio y un paseo magnífico en la ducha. El dormitorio de invitados tiene una cama de matrimonio y una cama individual, y en el tercer dormitorio hay literas para tres.

Great Vacation!

We enjoyed staying in this condo, the beach view was amazing. Plenty of seating in the living room for us to spread out and relax. Another great stay at Colony Reef going on 10+ years.

Great family trip!

Our family of 7 (grandparents, mom and dad and three small children; ages 2,4 and 7) really enjoyed our stay at this location! Having the pool, playground and the beach all in one location was a game changer! The unit itself was clean and perfect for our whole family. We enjoyed the large balcony for meals and relaxing every morning and afternoon!

As an older couple using the master bedroom, the bed was MUCH too high to be safe. Also, I texted the office after arriving home after our trip to inform the office I had left a jewelry pouch in the bedside table, and so far have not had a response from them.

Family vacay

A few weeks after booking unit and paying all fees we were contacted by management company and told they were going to start working on the roof of the condo complex the day after we were arriving. Since we had booked a top floor unit they offered to move us to a different unit in a different building. Since we had booked a gold unit, we picked the best looking gold unit that was still available. The management company and everyone we had contact with were wonderful. However, the unit itself definetly should not have been advertised as a gold unit. The unit had an odor, screws were falling out of the dining chairs, the lighting needs to be updated, bathrooms need to be updated, the living room furniture was peeling. Remote controls batteries were either dead or just missing. The location of complex and the grounds are great. Would definitely stay at Colony Reef again, however not in that unit.

Eileen, It seems this review is being posted under the incorrect condo. You originally booked 2409 but the below review is for condo 1108 (the one you were moved to). I appreciate your feedback about condo 1108 and I have contacted the owner about the recommended unit upgrades. Next time you visit I would love to get you back into condo 2409 as that condo has updated bathrooms, dining room, kitchen and furniture throughout. We are looking forward to our roofing project to be complete so we can open up all the condos! I am glad you enjoyed the property and St. Augustine. In short, we reserved a place well in advance some where else and it fell apart just after we got to the beach!! We called Colony reef and the folks were OUTSTANDING. They set us up in unit 2409. We were freaking out as you could imagine worrying we would never get in anywhere last minute. To our relief the entire experience was incredible. the layout of the unit was great, the view was great, the whole atmosphere was just perfect.

The rooms are very clean and spacious. Pool is centrally located between all the rooms so it was easy acccess to it and the beach.
