Jason was fantastic to work with. The units are brand new and very comfortable. My wife and I traveled there for our daughters wedding and found it to be the perfect hub/location for access to the event and to enjoy visiting some distilleries while in the area.We will definitely stay here again when we return.
Great little cottage! Location was perfect! LOVED seeing and hearing kids actually playing at the park behind the cottage Host communication was wonderful. Will definitely be staying here again next time we are in town!
Fabulous location and wonderful unit for two couples. It was an easy drive to Four Roses for our bourbon experience. Easy abd not expensive Uber to Keeneland. We will be back!
The rental house is new construction and clean. The mattresses are an 8/10 for comfort.. There are 2 full baths (no tub) the shower stalls are small and the shower curtains need to be replaced bc of mold. The back deck is nice and private with a view of a lovely park below. We walked to excellent nearby restaurants. We would definitely stay again.
We had a fantastic stay at the Man O’ War Cottage in Versailles, Ky. The cottage was spotless. The kitchen was well equipped. And the owner was very personable and easy to deal with. There were several wonderful shops in walking distance. It was a good value. I would highly recommend staying here. It’s a short drive to Lexington and Keeneland Race Track.
This darling house is nearly brand new and sparkling clean. All the amenities, including kitchen gear are new and very nice. The view out the back patio overlooks a lovely park, and there is a bbq and patio table and chairs which we unfortunately didnt get to use as it rained the entire time we were there. This is one side of a duplex, the other unit was occupied when we were there but we did not hear anything through the adjoining wall. Check-in was seamless with the owner, providing a very clever passcode for the door. It is a very short walk to the old Main St of Versailles, which has cute restaurants and shops. Great location for all the thoroughbred farms, Keeneland racetrack, and the bourbon Trail. Wonderful stay. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
We were in town to greet my 93 year father when he arrived back to the Lexington airport from an Honor Flight for veterans after a day in DC. The owner, Jason, surprised us all when we arrived to find the outside of the house decorated with American flags and a personal note of thanks to my Dad. Our stay was exceptional. The home is so well equipped and clean. It was so much more than we expected. If I could give 10 stars I would!! Jason has other homes at the same location which is great for a large group. The location is excellent with a large park and pavilion immediately behind the property. We are already looking forward to our next gathering there!
This was a perfect location to stay to visit Woodford, Buffalo Trace and Wild Turkey. We especially enjoyed being able to walk to all the restaurants and shops that we very close to the unit.
This is the perfect place for Bourbon Trail, Keeneland, and other activities. The walking trail and park in the backyard is perfect for walking your furry friend too. The accommodations could not have been better. It is clean, well equipped and convenient. I’ve stayed in many VRBO’s and this is by far the best!
Great stay with one minor issue. We stayed at this property in Versailles, KY for three nights and overall had a very good experience. The home was exactly as advertised, clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location. It’s an easy walk into the small town of Versailles, and it’s also a convenient base for anyone exploring the Bourbon Trail.Communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay. They were quick to respond via the Vrbo chat and very easy to work with. The only reason I rated the stay four stars instead of five is due to a recurring chirping noise, similar to a smoke detector low‑battery alert. On the morning of our second day, it started around 7–7:30 a.m., chirping every 45 seconds. The host addressed the issue promptly, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the chirping returned on our final morning, this time around 4:30 a.m.Aside from that, we truly enjoyed the property and would consider staying again once that issue is fully resolved.
