Cottonwood Comfort! New 3 Beds 1 Bath, AC, Loft Apartment

This new 3 bed loft apartment is perfect for your escape to Swan Valley! If has a beautiful view with wildlife abounding. It is a serene setting and perfect for the person looking for quiet, relaxation, hiking, and great fishing! With WIFI, AC, heating, and all the necessities, guests can enjoy a phenomenal stay in this spacious apartment. This new apartment has just recently been built so it is in pristine condition. It can facilitate 3-4 people. There are two full beds and one queen bed. Please note the beds are in individual spaces but there are no doors on the rooms. (See pictures.)
You are welcome to use the decks, fire pit, and gazebo for you enjoyment. The owners live in the house so you will have a private entrance off the garage. It has only a stairway access. Whether you are planning a fishing trip or just a get-away, we are happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our venue. No smoking in the apartment.

Hello! We are Danny and Susan Mann. We are life-time Idahoans and now, in our retirement, are lucky to live in one of the most beautiful places on earth! Susan is a retired high school music teacher and Danny spent his working years in farm irrigation and wildfire prevention. We purchased a rustic cabin in Swan Valley 12 years ago and have done a complete restoration and addition to it in the past three years. Because we saw a need for more rentals in the area, we decided to rent our upstairs apartment during the summer months. We are looking forward to meeting lots of interesting people as we start our new adventure of hosting!

Why they chose this property

We have such a beautiful setting to look at every day! We live in a cabin surrounded by cottonwood trees. We have mountain and valley views, a dark nighttime sky, and wildlife that abounds. We don't need to die because we already live in heaven!

What makes this property unique

Our cabin and setting is very unique because of the beauty of the valley, mountains, and proximity to the South Fork of the Snake River (with absolutely great fishing!) Also, our cabin has mixed old log cabin ambiance with the stunning addition of new construction. It really is a beautiful home and setting.
