Amazing Trip

This is an amazing property. We have stayed at Sunbird for the past 3 summers and this unit is by far the best. Beautifully done inside with the perfect view. They have thought of all the little things to make your trip more enjoyable. And the rental of chairs and umbrella on the beach is a plus. We will be staying here on a future trips. A

Amazing View!

I stayed with my 2 daughters May 28th to June 1st at this beautiful condo! Our view from the room was so BEAUTIFUL! the sunset at night was magical. The location was perfect and within walking distance to many places to eat! Shopping is close by as well. Another very appreciate amenity was having the 2 beach chairs included in our rental as well as some beach towels for our convenience. It was such a NICE added bonus! We made a lot of GREAT memories! Thank you!

The view from the balcony is perfect for sunset. Has a nice breeze. Seating for four. I love the pineapple willies cup.! I ordered a blue raspberry vodka slurry mix. It was great although my husband had a piña colada and I think that taste better. But with pineapple willies so close we ate there twice. Btw their salads are great .There are three pools. This balcony does not overlook any pool so it blocks some of the noise, which is great for us. We used the rental chairs and umbrella at the beach. which we traded out our plastic lounge chairs for the wooden ones. But you gotta look or ask. We stayed on the third floor and the elevators were super quick. Love that! 305w was great. The kitchen is spotless. It had everything we needed :can opener, colander cooking pot, dishes, plus freezer with working ice-maker ;love that! Full-size fridge. Has a beautiful little dining room. Living room with the pullout couch that we did not open with the television we turned on once, We did have some AC problems one day. Keith was awesome and very communicative during the issue and responded immediately. Thank you for that sir! The entire building had the issue but the owner also has a mobile AC unit that you can pull out and plug-in so we did that. Who thinks of these things !! great foresight The rest of the time the AC worked fine! The main thing is sitting on at level three you can hear the waves clearly in the waves clearly in the evening. 10/10 would come again!

The room was in great condition and very clean. It comes well stocked with everything you need. The staff on site also does a GREAT job maintaining the premises. The free beach chairs are an outstanding amenitie as well, saving you 65.00 a day and up to 300 a week. This is not meant to be a negative review just informative for future renters. It advertises sleeps 4 which it does but the condo is on the small side. It was much smaller than I expected and pictures showed to me. So having 4 is a little tight inside the condo and only one bathroom. Security is also very strict on wagons being on outside hall ways so you have to bring the wagons for beach etc inside that makes it feel even smaller. Overall though this is a GREAT condo with an amazing location and great amenities.

Nothing Lacking Here!

It could be tempting to find a fault or deficiency with this little jewel, since my husband and I would like to keep it for ourselves. Once word spreads I am afraid it may be difficult to rebook. Everyone looks for something different in a beach condominium, and it can be hard to find it all in one place. But it's all wrapped up in one package here. My husband and I wanted a one bedroom with sofa pullout option in case needed........directly on beach....clean and well maintained....and with charm and personality. We found the minimum plus so much more! This is a spotless and lovely decorated condo that obviously reflects the owners' love of family and gathering at the beach for making memories. The owners' description and photos were accurate. Condo actually prettier in person. We loved the location, and it was great to walk thru the property's side gate and be at the door of Pineapple Willy's. PW's had great food for casual dining, afternoon snacks, or drinks. While the building has 12 floors, we have grown tired of time lost traipsing to the top of the world when going in and out or having to go back for a forgotten item. So the third floor location we loved; balcony view still spectacular! Full evening and sunset views. The owners were very gracious and communicative and went above-and-beyond to answer every question and meet every need. My husband and I were encouraged to call them if we encountered any, even small. question or problem. Our stay just couldn't have been better, and we haven't a single negative comment! Thank you Keith and Janine! We look forward to returning to your little jewel!

Amazing condo

As soon as we walked into the room our breath was taken away. So beautiful, clean and just the prefect location. I was a little worry booking through vrbo. This was the first time ever using the site. I skipped this listing at least 10 times while looking, but kept seeing it pop up. The listing was the only one out of many that actually told us what floor they were on. ( my husband hates staying passed the 4th floor.) Im so glad I decided to book with them. We have for years been coming down to PCB and have wanted to find a place were we could book every year and know the owners and the condo. We found our forever place to stay at the beach. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful slice of heaven with us.
