Located in Lake Almanor West, this 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath gorgeous property provides 3,750 sf of space for your family and friends to make lasting memories. The top floor of this tri-level home features a master suite with a King bed as well as a trundle for the toddlers in addition to a jetted jacuzzi bath. An outside deck overlooking the golf course is off the master suite.

Additionally, the top floor has a family dormitory which contains a queen bed as well as a bunkbed with a twin on top and full bed below. This room doubles as a game room for the kids with a large screen TV, DVD player and foosball table. The bottom floor has two bedrooms, one with a queen and the other with a full. They share a common den area with sofa that pulls out into a queen bed as well as a full bath.

The main level features an enormous living room with a poker table and a game/puzzle table in addition to a wood burning stove and large screen TV and DVD player. The dining room has a table that can seat 10 (with leaves inserted) and the adjacent upgraded kitchen has every amenity your gourmet cook will desire including a gas stove top, double oven, microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator and more. In addition, there is a TV for the cook to watch while preparing meals or a drop dead view of the golf course.

The spacious backyard deck is equipped with a Weber barbecue, a large table and chairs with umbrella and an unparalleled view of the 6th green of Lake Almanor West golf course. You are a 5 minute walk to the Almanor West Boat launch, a 3 minute drive to the golf course pro shop and bar and grill, a 5 minute drive to the tennis and pickleball courts and a 5 minute drive to the Almanor West Recreational Area featuring a beach, bocce ball, horseshoes and a children's playground.

This property will provide you with a fun filled stay that will bring you back year after year.

We had a great time staying at Lake Almanor. The house on the golf course was great for us. Lots of space, clean and accommodating to use the lake and stay for the 4th of July. I would highly recommend it!!

The house is beautiful in a quiet neighborhood with a peaceful view off the deck. It is located about a 5 minute drive to the water that has a great playground for the kids. I would recommend bringing water shoes.The house has a great selection of children's toys and adult games.There were lots of mosquitoes this time of year, so be sure to bring repellent.

The house is beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay! The host was terrific and really helped out when the VRBO information got mixed up with my account. There were a few issues though. We found a ton of dead ants around the sink in the upper family room bathroom. The water pressure was not very good and not enough hot water for the familes to shower after the lake. A lot of cold showers were taken. There were hardly any kitchen trash bags and no larger ones. The sliding door to the deck on the main level needs some kind of lubricant or some adjustment as it was very hard to open and made a lot of noise. Lastly, the dryer made loud squeeking noises when running.These are just items for you to know about so the next person does not have to deal with them. I would suggest re wording the information on VRBO so that the renters know it is a tri-level house. I am partially handicapped and have trouble with stairs and did not realize that the 'ground' floor was down a long flight of stairs so did not realize that there was not a bedroom easily accessable for me.Thank you though!

Elizabeth… Thank you for your helpful comments. The cleaning crew indicated there were no ants in the upstairs bathroom the afternoon before check in. That can be a problem at the lake and we have a regular pest control company on a monthly basis to prevent that. I am puzzled by the hot shower and low water power issues as when we use the home we have not found that a problem, nor has other guests. There may be some low pressure if the sprinkler system is running simultaneously and we have a tankless water heater so hot water has not been a problem. I will let my cleaning staff know that we’re having problems finding trash bags. As far as the sliding door, it is an extra heavy slider to deal with the winter weather. Thanks for letting us know.
