The cabin is in a safe semi-rural neighborhood, minutes from Lake Wales with restaurants, grocery, farm stands, and more. A mall & movie theater are about 15 minutes north. Bar/restaurant & convenience store are just a couple minutes away.

The cabin is situated next to the main house. The house could possibly be occupied while you're enjoying the cabin. The driveway is shared, but it is quite long, with room for 6 or more cars.
