We had a wonderful stay at this oceanfront condo! It was cute, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The beachfront views were incredible, and being just steps from the ocean made our trip even more relaxing. The location was perfect and walking distance to everything. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect beach getaway!

Great price and literally in the middle of everything. You wouldn’t need a car after getting there. The host were quick to respond to anything we needed. The living space is a little small, but if you’re comfy with that is absolutely perfect.

The pool was closed. I picked this property because of the pool. My grandchildren were very disappointed but the host did not care and wouldn’t compensate us at all. I had to pay a hotel to let us swim in their pool one day so on top of the 2000 I paid for the four nights I had to add more money to rent a pool . There was mold in the bathroom, I told the host they said they would wash it off. But I wasn’t sure what kind of mold it was so I just closed the door and didn’t use the bathroom.My daughter used the dryer and her clothes came out smelling like dog so I told them about that and they said oh it was probably the washing machine which we never used so it wasn’t the washing machine. Itrips was the host. They are terrible

Hi, thank you for sharing your feedback. We do want to clarify a few points, as some of the statements in the review are not accurate. The pool closure was not something within our control. The HOA closed the pool to perform necessary maintenance. Our listing and pre-arrival information clearly state that the pool may be closed at any time for maintenance or other reasons and that refunds are not provided if the pool is unavailable. We understand how disappointing this was, especially for your grandchildren, but we have that clearly disclosed in the listing. Regarding the bathroom, there was no mold. What was present was surface mildew, which can occur in humid coastal environments. We offered to come by and properly address and clean the area during your stay; we did not simply offer to just "wash it off." We’re also unsure how the dryer could have caused clothing to smell like dog, as the dryer itself does not add odors to clothing. We did our best to assist when the concern was brought to our attention. We’re disappointed to see our team described as uncaring or "terrible" when we made efforts to respond to the concerns that were communicated to us. We understand that the pool closure was frustrating, but it was outside of our control and was disclosed in our property information. We always encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we have the opportunity to address concerns and make things right.

It would have been easy to stay several more days just to watch the waves. Traveling alone, I felt very safe in the gated community. And you can’t get any closer to the beach!

Satisfied

This was our first time visiting Carolina Beach and we really enjoyed our stay. The location was great as well as our room. The ocean was wet, the sand was sandy and the boardwalk was our backyard what else could you ask for.

Great spot at the beach

Great, clean apartment, wonderful view of the ocean, right next to the boardwalk and a 2min walk into the shops. We didn't drive once. Check in was easy, these folks were responsive, we'd stay again.

Great Stay

Very cute, updated condo with a gorgeous view. Steps to the beach and super close to the boardwalk. Highly recommend!
