The Concerns: We walked into the place with sand all over the floors. I get that sand will be in a beach condo, but it was excessive. The rest of the condo was clean so we dealt with it. I was confused why the master bedroom did not have curtains that actually covered the windows. There were blinds, but they did not block the sunlight from coming into the room early in the morning. We were only given one relatively thin bath towel per person for a 5 night stay. Bring some extras or be prepared to wash them while you while you are there. The bedroom TV was resting on a wooden board that was dangerous and easy to hit, which I did. The corners need to be rounded and something placed on them. The Pros:The place was as I expected based on the description and pictures. Parking was also easy. The host was very quick to respond to any question and provided clear information in a timely manner. Top notch with communication. The location is amazing if you want to be close to the beach and the action! We had nice restaurants and bars all around us that we could walk to. I would argue it is one of the best spots in Carolina Beach for location if you want to be right in the middle of the action and never need to drive anywhere. The view of the beach and ocean were awesome.

The Cabana is the best spot in CB to stay. Located close to EVERYTHING! The unit was clean, everything works properly but the sliding glass door sticks a bit. Had a lovely time celebrating our 42nd anniversary........Awesome Sunsets!!!

Wonderful view, host was very responsive, close to boardwalk & town, ample parking for guests. Slider to balcony absolutely needs to be replaced, very hard to open/close. It would have been nice if hosts provided a few more essentials… beach chairs, you could rent some from different companies in town, but kind of expensive, we ended up buying some from beach store & leaving, toiletries like shampoo, body wash, & coffee pods provided for Keurig, but no creamers or sweeteners, not everyone drinks black coffee. Overall, it was a clean, nice condo w/ a great view of ocean & good location!

The property was excellent! The whole condo was very clean, and it had the best view of the ocean and the beach. There was easy boardwalk access from the property, and there was a shower on the property to clean off after time on the beach. I would book with Jeff again. He communicated specific directions about parking and how to enter the property. There were plenty of towels and beach towels. There were even make-up towels - a thoughtful touch! The wifi was reliable, as this was a working trip for me. Hopefully, I will not be working if I'm able to stay here again. 10/10 recommend!

Clean and Updated

Place was updated and clean. The pictures are deceiving. You walk in to a long haul and all the rooms are to your right. It’s the last unit on the end of the complex. The AC was cold in all the rooms except the kitchen. Owner sent a fan but needs to be checked out soon. Good location to the beach and boardwalk.

Location and Ocean Front

Highly recommend this beautiful property, we could walk out right to the beach and walk to all the local stores and restaurants, perfect place to stay - the host Jeff was excellent answered any questions we had in a very timely manner. Will definitely stay again - Thanks Jeff!

Long weekend

Very convenient to beach, boardwalk, and restaurants. Had a mishap with parking but the owner took care of everything right away. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great stay

We had a very nice stay. Lots of amenities within walking distance. Easy access to the beach. Owner was very nice and responsive to messages. Highly recommend staying here.

Great location!

This was a great place for my older parents to stay. Parking was easy, check in was simple, and there was an elevator and luggage carts. The condo itself was very clean and cute. Decorated really nicely with updated bathrooms and kitchen. It’s small but the space is very well used. The view is great and easily walkable to the boardwalk and restaurants. The owner is very responsive and easy to contact. Would recommend this unit and would stay here again thanks!

This was one of my favorite properties I’ve ever stayed at. The view was incredible every morning. The walking distance to places made it especially convenient and special. But the absolute best was the communication and out of this world service from the hosts! I highly recommend staying here.
