65th Birthday Success

What an amazing surprise this was for my father’s 65th birthday! He’s never been celebrated to this extent and enjoyed every moment. Top Golf is somewhere he’s always wanted to try and this stay made it very convenient to be a quick drive and walking distance away to to. Would do it again! Extremely grateful. Thank you so much for this place!

Great Spot

This condo was so much roomier than hotel rooms. A great location with very easy access to MGM Grand. We enjoyed the on-site restaurant and bar. The monorail station is a few minutes away and a great way to get around. We also caught the free tram from MGM Park which is an easy walk. The unit is very comfy, sofa bed is great, bathroom roomy, nice view.

Great spot!

Came for the NFR and the location is a perfect location right off the strip and close to the Thomas and Mack center. Love the balcony, first tower location is perfect for proximity to the MGM and Starbucks in the lobby is awesome. Would stay again!

Nothing short of amazing! I have stayed at this host property before and was excited to be able to stay with them again. Location, cleanliness, communication…perfect! I really appreciated all the detailed communication prior to the trip which made for a seamless check-in. Joe and Debora were very good at communicating throughout the week to make sure hubby and I had everything we needed. The property was beautifully appointed and the bed was very comfortable. I almost don’t want to share how awesome my stay was because I know I will be back and I will definitely want to book with them! We stayed a total of 6 nights, no issues. Thank you Joe and Debora, I will be back😊

The dirtiest property which i ever saw!!!

I had to give 1 star at cleaning normally i had to give minus One!!! I never saw such a dirty place like that. It was disgusting!!! I still ask me where the strip view was? I just saw a piece of Aria Hotel a piece of planet hollywood and a piece of new york new york, cause the hilton hotel and the other towers are in the way.... I never ever would book that again. 17 days of cleaning like crazy doesnt work in this property... Im so disappointed, this was my year vacation and then that ....

Great location and amenities

Check in was easy. Communication was great. My sister and I had a great sun break in this lovely unit. Appreciated non-smoking, indoor walkways to MGM Grand pool complex. We felt safe, we didn't rent a car, the tram goes from MGM north. Very enjoyable time by two Vegas regulars. We will be staying here again hopefully.

Excellent!

The room was fantastic! Beautiful views from the balcony, super clean and had all the essentials in the kitchen. The concierge staff was outstanding, great security, valet drivers were super friendly. Got to use the heated pool in Tower 2 which was an added perk. Easy walk to the strip -- prime location, but also peaceful being just a block or so from all the traffic. The owner provided all the details prior to arrival and seamless check-out process. Would absolutely stay in the unit again.

I’m happy to report that my stay at this property exceeded my expectations. From the moment I made the reservation, the hosts were outstanding in their communication and made sure that my stay was comfortable and hassle-free. Their communication in anticipation to possible inquiries made me feel welcome even before I arrived. The location of the property was great. Situated in a prime area, it offered convenient access to various attractions, restaurants, and shops, making my stay both enjoyable and convenient. Whether I wanted to explore the city's vibrant nightlife or simply relax by the pool, everything was within a short distance from the property. Upon entering the rental, I was immediately impressed. The room was more than adequate! We loved our stay. The location was great you could be in the thick of it and then return to your room for peace and quiet. We will definitely stay here again!

Everything about this rental couldn’t have been any better.

This condo is gorgeous and immaculate. With a great view from the balcony. Very simple valet parking system that worked to perfection. My girlfriend and I would return to this condo in a second. Highly recommend this condo. The owner Joe and Debora were great. Communication was perfect. If I come back to Vegas I’m coming back here. Mike and Cindy.
