With a total of 550 sq feet, this Deluxe Suite has a kitchenette with microwave, stove-top, and refrigerator. The restroom includes a spacious marble whirlpool spa tub and separate glass enclosed shower. And a king size bed features luxurious linens. Flat screen TV's, a comfortable sitting area, CD/DVD players, and an iHome clock radio combine to make you feel right at home. And a queen sized sleeper sofa provides extra sleeping space for additional guests.

The private gated entrance adds an extra level of sophistication and security. Courteous valet staff also await to provide you with complimentary parking and assist with your luggage. The Signature has its own Front Desk separate from the MGM Grand allowing guests to spend more time enjoying Las Vegas and less time waiting in line. Overall a good stay and as advertised. I will say that the unit was disappointing in a few areas: The bed is really uncomfortable, the bath tub wasn't clean and I didn't like that there wasn't any small toiletry options (unopened). All were refillable which gives me the ick.

This was an amazing stay! The host Donna is pretty quick to respond. She catered to my needs checked in with me. Although when I checked in to my room my bed didn’t have a fitted sheet (I didn’t let Donna know.) it was just a cover sheet that was covered and tucked under the bed. Some places were a little dusty. One pillow case had stains and some towels did as well. Other than that, the kitchenette was fully stocked (I didn’t use it.) the fridge was clean. The best part was the shower and jacuzzi! View is amazing from the 14th floor, faces top golf across the street. The room Smelled good. Plenty of towels. Would stay here again. I would also like to see if Donna has a suite with a balcony. Donna was amazing, thank you Donna!

Just saw your review. Hotels do not use fitted sheets. They always use a top sheet over the mattress. I think it's because the fitted sheets are impossible to fold and store neatly. Ha! And if you had told me about the pillow case and towels I would have told you where we store the extras for our guests. Or housekeeping is happy to deliver fresh linens and more towels. We do have other Suites with Balconies and those are all 1 BR Suites with 2 Baths. Glad we could get you an early check-in after your long flight. Please keep us in mind for your next visit to Vegas!

The front desk and the valet were very helpful and kind! Once in our room we discovered that The bathroom shower has black mold, the shower head is corroded and the jacuzzi tub was full of hair. We contacted the host with numerous pictures. She said she would give us a refund and we could go elsewhere. We just drove five hours so now we need to check out and find another place to stay!!!!!!?????? She sent housekeeping but we were getting dressed. We ask if they would come back which they didn’t until the next day. We showered quickly and with a towel on the floor for protection. Parking is easy and check in with the MGM staff as easy but they are stricter with the check in time of 3 pm! I would only book with the MGM in the future NOT with this host.We left a day earlier than expected and haven’t received any correspondence with the host or VRBO. I spent about an hour in a half in two days with VRBO resolution and they sent us other places to stay which we would have to been through Expedia. Overall not a good experience! The decor is dated. The kitchenette had 8 plates and two forks that needed a good cleaning. No dishwasher so housekeeping probably just wipes them off with the towel from cleaning the bathrooms.

Yes to all, however attention to detail would go a looong way in relieving aggravation for a small cost. i.e. decent size soap - had to purchase second day! Better quality bathroom toilet tissue, larger trash cans especially for kitchen and a place to dump trash, more than 2 forks for a unit that sleeps 4, adequate hangers.

More hangers were promptly delivered at the guest request. It was odd that her stay was half over before she needed the hangers and then demanded immediately. I have never had "emergency hanger delivery" before. The trash for the kitchenette is stored under the sink. The trash can is as large as allowed by the limited space. I doubt other guests would want a huge trash can sitting out in the main living area of the Studio. Housekeeping can remove any trash and have a trash chute on every floor. Guest was told this upon arrival and several times during her stay.
