ONE WEEK MINIMUM FOR ALL PEAK SEASON RENTALS (JULY - LABOR DAY)

Life is a dream on Dreamer's Way - This very clean, comfortable, updated home with an open concept layout and plenty of windows for sunlight is located on a quiet, private street close to the fun of Circuit Ave. (10-15 minute walk).
Please read our reviews to find out why guests say our house is the perfect gathering place for family and friends. Tastefully decorated rooms, a spacious deck with wrap around bench and dining table, chairs are adjacent to a wonderfully spacious, custom outdoor shower w/changing area are a few of our guests' top favorite things about the house.

The kitchen is convenient to the back deck via sliding doors that overlook a large, private backyard and wooded area.

This was the perfect place for our group and the best host that we have had the opportunity to rent from. The communication was excellent, the home was fully stocked with everything we needed and when we last minute needed to come for an extra night they graciously let us and when we were stranded on the island an extra night because of high winds they offered us an extra night Monday as well! Great location, great house and great hosts - HIGHLY recommend this home for your next trip and we can't wait to come back!

Exactly what we needed. Lovely property, nice back deck, clean rooms, two bathrooms, good kitchen provisions for cookware. Close to boat, and close to Mo's for lunch! We weren't in the house too much, except at night, we were visiting friends for an anniversary party. Wish we could have stayed a week and taken advantage of the bikes, outdoor shower, etc!

Great weekend getaway

We really enjoyed our long weekend at John & Patty’s lovely home. The property was so clean and exactly as described. It was very well located - quiet neighborhood, but just a 5 minute bike ride into town. We made very good use of the bikes that come with the property, it was so nice that those were provided. John & Patty were very accommodating throughout our stay, making us feel very welcome. We would love to stay here again someday

Great place to stay

Everything was just as described. The pictures don't do it justice. There is a living room and a den downstairs. The deck is really nice. It was too far to walk in the heat to the beach but it was a very short drive. I was nervous vecause it was my first time using VRBO, but now I'm glad I chose this home. The owners gave timely answers to my questions. Everything was great. I would stay here again.

Cute cottage in a great location

We stayed here during our annual summer trip to Martha’s Vineyard and loved it! The location is fantastic and the layout is perfect for a family. We had four adults and two kids and it was enough space for everyone. Will definitely return!

great home convenient to oak bluffs

We had a great time staying here. The home was beautiful and had great indoor and outdoor space (the back deck and yard are both phenomenal). It was quiet, but a very close drive to the Oak Bluffs area. We would definitely stay again.

For the past 20 years, we have taken great pride in knowing our guests have had the best experience before, during and after staying in our home. We also know how much time and expense goes into planning a Vineyard vacation and we work diligently to ensure that we provide our guests with a neat, clean and updated home. We enjoy sharing our 'Vineyard Dream' and love of MV with our guests ~ many of whom become repeat visitors.
This is our second home on the Vineyard, (we rented our first home, Campground cottage, "Blue Heaven," to guests for 11 years.)
We enjoy maintaining our property as much as we enjoy the rental process and are always happy to offer recommendations, to anyone who is a new to MV, or compare notes on island favorites with seasoned visitors.

Our goal is that, after your stay on Dreamer's Way, you leave the island renewed and rejuvenated!

WHY WE FELL IN LOVE WITH THIS HOUSE WHEN WE BOUGHT IT:
THE PERFECT LOCATION!
Our private spacious haven is a comfortable one mile walk from downtown Oak Bluffs as well as a 10-minute walk to Tony's Market. You & your family/friends will enjoy everything that we do about the home: the large deck, a private yard and bright, sunny spacious living area to name a few of our amenities. The decor is cheerful and uncluttered with an open, airy feeling throughout the house. You will also enjoy preparing your Vineyard feasts with island vegetables and seafood in our well-stocked kitchen. We have many utensils, equipment & dishes for inside as well as outside cooking & entertaining. Being serious cooks ourselves, we know the importance of using only the best -- guests love the Henkels knives, Kitchen Aid mixer and the kitchen gadget drawer. We also have everything you need for a lobster fest: plates, butter cups and crackers. Our favorite spot to enjoy a meal and be together is the outdoor deck.

WHAT MAKES VINEYARD DREAM UNIQUE:
From the minute you set foot in the house, you will enjoy the bright, welcoming living area with a cathedral ceiling--the open floor plan gives the home great flow and there is a wide-open view of the living area from the second floor. The extra-large sliding glass doors in the kitchen open up to the 24' L x 14' W deck and patio set and fill the home with light from sunrise to sunset. Start the day by having your coffee on the comfortable patio furniture listening to birds and enjoying the breeze as it rustles through the tree-lined backyard. End your day in that very same spot after coming home from the beach & rinsing off in a luxuriously spacious outdoor shower with private changing area. Air conditioning & a large ceiling fan in the living room keep you cool on those hot summer days! Just around the corner on the first floor is a cozy den, a comfortable bedroom close to the bathroom, the quiet corner of the house, while three bedrooms and a second full bath await upstairs, all with comfortable mattresses. The open staircase, illuminated by a pendant carriage light enhances the warmth & magic of the house. The master loft bedroom on the 2nd floor is open to and overlooks the living room and has a skylight & shade that opens and closes. You can sleep under the stars if you wish. Our window A/C units in each bedroom cool the house to a comfortable temperature. This neat, clean & special home is a wonderful, family-friendly place to enjoy your Vineyard days! We also provide a personally compiled up-to-date information binder with recommendations about our favorite places on MV.
