Situated down a private dirt road lined with trees, you'll feel like you've transported to a different state as you drive past all the changing leaves. The large private backyard offers loads of comfort, relaxation, wildlife watching, fun times to be had, fires to be burned and stars to be watched. This house is a stargazers Paradise with a telescope available for your viewing pleasure! You'll hear the occasional cow, rooster and even hear and see prehistoric Blue Herons as a large colony nests nearby. Diane and her group were the best guests! They left everything super clean, tidy, took care of trash and linens even though we didn't request it in our checkout instructions. We would love to have her back again and highly recommend her to other hosts!

Good location very close to old-town cottonwood, impeccably clean, fast wifi, well stocked, convenient. Beds were very comfortable, and great back yard with a nice fire pit. Absolutely no complaints, highly recommended! Thanks much to the owners!

Stayed with 4 other mountain bikers as Cottonwood is much less expensive than Sedonda and was less than 30 minutes away.House is large with plenty of room for whatever you want or need. Kitchen was well stocked. Bedrooms large and the 2.5 bathrooms were great for 5 people.Would not hesitate to stay here again.

The property was clean, quiet, well stocked. The host was very welcoming and prompt in responding to our questions. 25 minutes from Sedona, away from the crazy traffic.

Lovely space. Clean. Well appointed. Friendly, communicative hosts. Appreciated the small touches of the labeled amenities. Very nice coffee bar and loved the little treats. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean. Really couldn’t ask for much more of our short stay. Thank you very much.

Everything was just as described, host was very responsive. The property was clean and just as pictured in the photos. We would for sure stay again and recommend to others.
