With 2 queen beds, 1 full bed, 1 twin bed, and 1 king bed, and let’s not forget the kids favorite bunk bed room. This is a phenomenal property perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a spacious retreat. 3.5 bathrooms come equipped with a hair dryer for your convenience. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Lincoln and our home has to offer. The hot tub and gas fireplace with a timer is a great way to relax after a day at the slopes or being busy at the attractions. Lincoln, NH, offers a variety of attractions, including outdoor recreation, family-friendly activities, and scenic spots. My family and I had a great time. Kerri's property was close to everything we wanted to do, but very private and quiet. We had plenty of room to accommodate our whole group of 8 adults, 2 teens, and 4 little ones.I would definitely stay here again

Had a wonderful stay here in Lincoln! Clean, comfortable, welcoming, easy to get to other places and a great overall experience. The only thing that caught us off guard was the envelope asking for a tip when a cleaning fee was already included. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! It was very clean and comfortable for our group of 12. The hot tub and game room were great for the kids and the location was very convenient.

The house was perfect for our family stay. The location is excellent. Close to Loon Mountain, groceries, ski rentals, restaurants, etc. We all had a wonderful time. Kerri was very accommodating. We had to change our reservation a few times and she was wonderful and willing to make it all work. I’d stay there again.

A truly unforgettable stay! We had an absolutely fantastic weekend at this beautiful rental. Our group of 13 felt completely at home—the space was spotless, thoughtfully arranged, and full of charm. Every room was comfortable, and the layout worked perfectly for our group dynamic.One especially touching surprise was the ground-floor bedroom setup, which turned out to be ideal for a couple in our group who are expecting a baby. That thoughtful detail meant so much to all of us—it was a quiet celebration wrapped in hospitality.From start to finish, the host made everything seamless and welcoming. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already hoping to return. Thank you for helping us create such special memories!
