This cozy, centrally-located retreat just off the LBJ/635 is the perfect home base for exploring everything Dallas has to offer in minutes! Close enough for quick uber rides but far enough to be away from the noise.
• 15 minutes to American Airlines Center, Dallas Aquarium, Deep Ellum, and Uptown.
• 10 minutes to Galleria Dallas
• 12 minutes to SMU, Highland Park and Mockingbird Station
• Just minutes to Medical City Dallas and major hospitals
The Space:
This property has three bedrooms, two with queen beds, and one with a twin over Full bunkbed. There is a futon in the primary bedroom and one in the living room, as well as an air mattress for anyone extra!
Parking: There are three spaces under a carport in the back of the house, the one on the very right belongs to our property, the one in the middle is first come first served, and the one on the left belongs to the other side of the duplex. Street parking is also available in the front of the house!
