Welcome to Fun In The Sun Retreat, your unique place in paradise! This newly remodeled property is located north-island with the beach access just steps across Estero Boulevard. A quiet relaxing location for that desired getaway, yet just a short walk along the beach is a kiosk for jet-ski rentals, parasailing rides, and even dolphin tours along a 7-mile stretch of white, sugary sand beach.

Super convenient to the restaurants near the north bridge. Trolley service along the boulevard is available to transport you to Times Square, with all of its restaurants, clubs, and night life.

The property has a fantastic front porch with ambient evening lighting that leads to the property entrance. The nicely furnished living area has comfy sofa, and TV with streaming. Dining area finds a table seating 4, and a fully equipped kitchen. Everything is available that you would need to cook daily multi-course dinners, or simply make a pot of coffee in the morning.

There are two beautifully decorated bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, closet, and plenty of dresser space! The second bedroom has a queen size bed with ample dresser/closet space.

There is a private washer and dryer, as well as a propane grill that is shared. You'll also find parking space accommodating 1 vehicle.

There are many restaurants and shops a short drive north across the bridge towards south Fort Myers. The same is true if you drive south towards Bonita Beach. Water activities abound with fishing charters, scuba and snorkel adventures, jet ski rentals, para-sailing, etc. Fort Myers, Bonita Springs and Naples are all modern cities with plenty of shopping, dining and sightseeing to experience. The South West International Airport in Fort Myers is close by for convenience as well.

Dogs restricted to 25 pounds or less, certain breeds restricted, and additional fees apply. Pets restricted to dogs only, no other pets allowed and penalties enforced. Excess cleaning charges may apply.

We really enjoyed our stay on Estero Boulevard, the Fun in the Sun Retreat. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. In addition, the response of the property mgt people was great. Finally, the location was ideal for us - located close to the beach and all amenities. Thanks for making our stay perfect!

Great location

Fun in the sun was a top notch accommodations for my birthday trip this year. Across the street from the beach and 2 blocks from downtown FMB. The house had a private pool and 2 bedrooms with a full kitchen and washer dryer combo. Big enough to sleep 8 if you bring a blow up mattress. Our dogs loved it too!
