we have adjusted our cancellation policy to be the most flexible for our guests that the site offers - RELAXED - If you cancel 14 days prior to arrival you get 100% refund. If you cancel 7 days prior to arrival you get 50% refund - we continue to offer this policy.

Our condo offers our guests private space in comparison to hotels, to relax and fully enjoy - with no contact with other groups - plus the homes is spacious, fully equipped, for all group members to relax, enjoy family time, or perhaps are “working from home” and can utilize the high speed wifi. The wrap around outside balcony is just perfect to enjoy thru the day.

The condo can be accessed by a stairway or the elevator ( I have yet to meet anyone when I take the stairs, or an elevator - its a quite condo area and a small number of units in the building)

Grocery stores provide deliveries or curbside pick up as do restaurants.

The terraces pool area is very quiet, it seems never more than 3 or 4 people in the pool AND ITS OLYMPIC SIZE. The deck is hardly used, but clean and maintained, you may catch a resident reading and relaxing at the end of the day. There are loungers -tables and chairs, sun umbrellas on the deck, or use the covered Gazebo for shade.
There are 2 BBQ grills available to the community by the gazebo ( No grills allowed on your balcony as a fire code).

REUNION RESORT offers a variety of upscale accommodation. This DESIGNER furnished condo is located in "THE TERRACES". The condominium is on the third floor (Top) to enjoy the panoramic views and over looks the Arnold Palmer golf course at the 5th green. There are several elevators in the building.

* It's a corner unit, so you get 3 x the balcony space. We have furnished this balcony area with 2 sun loungers - bar table with 6 cushioned bar stools- plus a conversational seating area - guests can relax at the end of a day from being at the parks, unwind and share their day.

* You also have access to the Terraces lap pool, whirlpool spa - paved pool deck with loungers and tables/umbrellas etc plus a picnic area with grills and restrooms

We also offer help with a reputable local discount ticket company with a price match guarantee - ( not timeshare) let Michelle know if interested.

*There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms, living area and two out on the balcony.
*'Upgraded granite counter tops, 42 inch kitchen cabinetry, stainless steel appliances - plus those little extras like electric kettle, blender, drip coffee maker and Kureig

* The spacious and open planned living area has a wall mounted 60" Cable TV and separate DVD player. The internet is password protected for guests, high speed and wifi accessible thru out the condo.

The master en-suite bedroom has a luxury king bed with pillow top mattress, a 40” smart cable TV - large walk in closet and en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a separate walk in shower.

The second bedroom has a queen bed with pillow top mattress, a 40 " smart cable TV.

The third bedroom has TWO FULL BEDS - this we found ideal instead of a sofa bed or rollaway - 8 guests can comfortably sleep in the condo, in bedrooms. This room has a 40" smart flat screen cable tv.

The kitchen has additional seating at the breakfast bar of 4 bar stools, plus an eating area in the bay window with bench seat and 2 chairs.

Dining area has a table with 6 chairs - the two kitchen chairs can also be pulled up to the dining area to seat 8 guests.

The balcony is accessed by french doors off the living area - we have installed two out door ceiling fans for comfort. The views are across the golf course and landscaped area of Reunion - see pictures. There are two loungers, a bar table with 6 cushion stools - plus a conversational seating area of 4 chair, drinks table and coffee table. These corner/end units on the top floor ( elevators in all buildings) offer the best balconies - 3 x the standard area.

The condo is Smoke-free.

Towels and linens are provided, including pool towels

Please note -This property does not have the Reunion resort Membership - we cannot offer access to the reunion water park, golf, tennis, or Mini golf.
