Hi Eva, We're sad your stay did not meet your expectations. We appreciate your feedback and take the comfort of our guests very seriously. Had your reached out at any time during your stay we would have been more than happy to remediate any concerns. I am a bit confused in regard to a few items of concern. The mattress had been stained from a spill by a prior guest although was replaced immediately prior to your visit upon notification from our cleaners of the damage. As for the pictures in the display, they are randomly generated through Amazon. I'm concerned that you found them offensive and will more closely monitor what is presented on the display. We're certainly disappointed that we did not provide a stay that aligned with your expectations. We appreciate your feedback and strive to provide an exceptional visit for every guest. The grill is not functional and was awaiting pick-up to be recycled, sadly they did not arrive before your visit. In regard to the mattresses, they are all reasonably new. The stain that you pictures was also noted by our cleaners during their routine inspection following your visit and the mattress was immediately replaced in accordance with our standards.
