Good afternoon, I am sorry that this is the experience that you had at our property. I do believe that this explains the reason why you left it in such disarray. We also have never experienced a guest that has left the property in this poor of a manner. if you would, please take consideration of that rented a very inexpensive old home on the water for your vacation. By no means, are we misleading anybody with our minimal rental? I apologize that you were unable to operate the TV. As far as the dead rodents go. We are on the water. It is a constant battle. Which is why we have an ongoing pest service if you’re telling me that these past are found dead within the home, that simply tells me that our service that we have is working correctly. Although there is access to the garage, it is not intended for our renters to utilize Again as an older home and it’s just simply made for storage. You’re going to have these things being on the water. I would suggest looking into the pictures the reviews and a pricier home upon your next visit if you’re looking for more of a chefs kitchen. Because 2 + months ago there is a storm causing 4 inches flooded in the areas which killed my dryer so I have Lowe’s replaced a new one. They may made a mess in the garage. My current tenant told me everything is cleaned and they are very happy. I call spectrum to see why they cannot watch the Super Bowl ? Spectrum told me , what I have is a package Which are included movies, and sport tenant must switch to sport to watch football, tennis, soccers etc…. I guess you did know how and then getting very upset. I try to be nice to everyone by rating you 4 star. My cleaning lady told me you were living very dirty but that is ok because you’re paying for cleaning. What is wrong with you. ? Try to get your money back? Shame on you

I dont know what to say besides saying that’s I am truly sorry. My regular cleaning lady was on spring break with her family. I use another cleaning company to clean the house. I guess they didn’t do too well of a job. My regular cleaning lady is already back. She told me she will find someone good temporary replacement when she is on vacation.
