Great 4bd 4bath

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall stay was great! Host was so helpful and accommodating. Condo was super clean and decorated well. The large balcony was a perk. Parking was a bit tricky if your spot is in the underground parking garage, as corners can be a bit tight. Condo was well stocked with blankets/towels, but would helpful if there were kitchen food item essentials. (Seasonings/sugar, etc) Although I understand how that could be a sanitation concern. You do have to rent beach chairs if you’re flying and can’t bring your own. That’s the only constructive advice I can offer, but I would definitely stay here again, especially if you’re needing to accommodate a large group! The multiple bathrooms were great. Can’t beat it for being right on the beach, and with an amazing view!

I’m really sorry to hear about the delay and the condition of the unit when you arrived. I reached out to the cleaning crew leader right away to discuss the situation. She explained that the prior guests had left the place in unusually poor condition, which made the cleaning take longer than normal. I think the team knew you were waiting and, in their effort to hurry and get you in, they unfortunately missed a few areas. I’ve emphasized with them that going forward, the priority is to make sure the property is fully cleaned above all else, and that they should communicate any delays to me right away so I can give guests a proper heads-up. My apologies again for the inconvenience. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if there’s anything I can do to help make this right.

Room for Large Group

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The realtor was very helpful and professional. The space in this condo was great as was the location. Having the 3 king beds was the draw for us and they were very comfortable. The kids loved the bunk room. It was an end unit so the view and the balcony furniture was awesome and there was enough seating provided outside for a large group. That was the good. The bad was the place was NOT clean. The floors had NOT been vacuumed and they definitely hadn't been moped in a long time! I went and bought a mop to do the floors myself and had to buy hand soap for kitchen and all bathrooms which I assumed would have been provided. I highly suggest a mgmt/owner get a new cleaning crew for sure! The kitchen had 4 coffee cups and one was chipped for a place that has room for 11! Despite this we had a good time and it worked for us after I cleaned and bought the essentials that should have already been provided in the rental cost. This really could be a great rental if some changes made to cleaning crew and kitchen essentials addressed. The pool is rather small for this size condo building.
