Kailua-Kona Ocean View Condo

My airconditioned condo is located a block from the Ocean and gets cool ocean breezes during the day and has a great Ocean View.

It is located in the center of town and is within walking distance of shops, restaurants and a farmers market where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables.

The Lanai (balcony) faces west so you can enjoy the sunsets every evening.

The condo sleeps 4 comfortably. There is a queen sized bed in the bedroom and a queen sized sofa bed in the living room.

We provide all linen, towels, beach towels, soap and shampoo.

We are registered as a Vacation Rental STVR-19-361653

We just completed our ten day stay in this unit and highly recommend it! The unit faces the ocean on one side. It is only two blocks from the ocean, restaurants and shopping. Plus the unit is well stocked with all the comforts of home and ability to fix your own meals if you so choose. The unit is quiet and has good AC. Plus the owners provide all the beach gear needed for time on the beaches within short driving distances. It’s easy to get to all the site seeing attractions as well as the airport. It is within two hours of Hilo with a couple choices of driving routes. It also has an onsite assigned free parking spot for your vehicle. We give this five stars!

Even better than expected! I stayed here during a scuba diving trip with my partner for six days. We were very pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness, layout, decor, and amenities. Unlike many other condos around the same price, the unit has a bathtub, and the bedroom is separate from the rest of the unit. There are many small touches that made the stay even more comfortable (OTC meds in the cabinet, plenty of dishes and utensils, towels, travel size razors and cleansers in the bathroom). We enjoyed dining from the lanai and the sunset views from there, as well as the bedroom. Quiet, good soundproofing, no one shuffling about. The location is super convenient, 5 - 10 mins walk to everything downtown. Absolutely loved this stay!

The condo was very clean and well stocked with both kitchen and beach gear. The AC in the bedroom and the living room both worked very well but with the ocean breeze weren’t necessary most of the time. Check in was easy and having a dedicated parking spot was great! Highly recommend.

We had a great stay. The condo is clean nicely decorated and well-appointed. We had everything we needed. It is also within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. If there is any negative, it would be the street noise, but that is beyond the owners control. It would not stop us from staying there again.

Great location and a very nice apartment! The host was super communicative, and the check-in process was clear and very friendly.Everything was great overall. The apartment is a little less modern than expected, and the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner (though some of the marks may just come from the apartment’s age rather than lack of cleaning).That said, the place is very well equipped, and having beach gear available was a big plus! I’d definitely recommend staying here!
