Partial Ocean View Condo in Center of Kailua Kona

My airconditioned condo is located a block from the Ocean and gets cool ocean breezes during the day and has a great Ocean View.

It is located in the center of town and is within walking distance of shops, restaurants and a farmers market where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables.

The Lanai faces west so you can enjoy the sunsets every evening.

If you want to stay in we have a full kitchen including a fridge, oven, cook top, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, blender and even a rice cooker.

There is a 3 guest maximum in my property, We have a king sized bed in the Bedroom and a 12 inch inflatable twin bed (it is actually quite comfortable).

The host was very communicative and provided detailed instructions. There was some confusion in the check-in process when we were unable to get into our room. The host stopped by and was able to resolve the situation to our satisfaction. The property is clean and very well located and we were able to prepare meals easily. Onsite laundry facilities were easy to use worked well. Excellent stay overall and highly recommended.

Perfect location

Clean property with great location, could walk to town. It was very quiet which was great for us. Kitchen had everything we needed. Hopefully we can come back!

Great little beach condo

The property is clean, tidy, and has a great location. Nice amenities and a fair price for the quality of accommodations. Close to lots of restaurants and walking distance to many bars and eateries. Assigned parking was a great asset for this place. Easy check in and straightforward instructions.

Great stay

Really enjoyed our stay with Laury. Instructions were great, check in easy. Condo was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed our morning coffee on the lanai. There were a couple of small coolers and some beach gear that we borrowed. No complaints, great little place to spend a few days. Would stay here again!

Location is excellent in downtown Kailua-Kona

Location of the condo makes it very convenient to get to all the places in the area including restaurants. You also get a great view each night of the sun setting.

Great location

Easy walk to town. Host is there quickly if you need anything. Unit is well equipped. Dedicated parking space is a plus. We'll be back.

Great! Location and partial view

The the partial view of the ocean was wonderful and we were able to walk a block to the farmer's market every day to get our food and all of the attractions in downtown Kona. It's very comfortable and had everything we needed clean and they even let us in a little early.

Awesome location, perfect

This property was perfect for our Christmas vacation. The location was close to walk down to the water and shops, restaurants, as well as catching the sunsets. The condo was clean and comfortable to meet our needs. We used the inflatable extra bed and it was very comfortable.

Perfect for what we wanted

We really just wanted a place to sleep after days of vacationing in Kona, and this was a comfortable place to do that. The rental was well stocked but we didn’t use any of it - too busy eating at the restaurants nearby to bother cooking for ourselves.

Great location

The condo was in a great location. It was very clean and well kept. Had a great breeze that would flow through the condo never needed the a/c even though it was available. It was a great value for the quality of the property.

Perfect location

This cute condo is with in a short waking distance to shops, resturants and a farmer's market. It had easy access to the main road to drive to the volcano. If you want a nice Sandy beach this is not the spot for you but if you enjoy an ocean view and rugged coast line it's perfect.

Great spot

This condo was perfect for what we needed it for. It's very close to all of the great downtown spots in Kona, so walking anywhere we needed to get was very easy. The condo itself was very clean well kept up. No complaints whatsoever from me or my wife with this condo. We would stay here again.

Wonderful accommodation.

The condo was clean and updated with tile and laminate flooring. Has beach supplies, towels, cooler, etc. Easy walk to the Village, lots of shops and restaurants. Many activities from parasailing , snorkeling, sunset dinner cruise and many more to chose from.

Lovely stay in historic Kailua village

We enjoyed our stay in Laury’s condo, fully equipped with everything we needed to self-cater, enjoy the beach, and walk to restaurants and shops. View from the lanai is lovely place to sit and read, watch the ocean, relax with a drink. Would stay again, great base to explore the island. Regarding other reviews, it’s true you can hear arterial traffic from back side, but close those doors and windows to block most of it (it didn’t bother us city dwellers) and the ocean side is quiet. Also, to manage expectations, the pool is tiny, good for a quick plunge with half dozen deck chairs/loungers, so if poolside lounging is important go elsewhere.

Great Location !

We enjoyed our stay at Kailua Village . It was nice and clean , comfortable for 2 adults . The owners are very responsive to questions . The complex itself is very quite but there can be traffic noise from kuakini at night and early morning . The air conditioner helped resolve that. It would have been nice to have a ceiling fan over the bed . During the day and evenings you get a nice breeze throughout the condo . We didn't cook much but there was basic supplies to prepare meals . I loved sitting on the lanai for morning coffee, nice view of the ocean . Also for watching the sunset . As for the location , very close to shops and restaurants and farmers market . We were without a car for 1 day, and walked to the beach at King Kam hotel .

Beautiful property and perfect location

My husband and I stayed in this condo for a week while visiting our son and his family. This is in the perfect place for just about anything that you want to do in Kona. The beach, stores and shops are all within walking distance. The beach is literally a block from the condo. You will need to rent a car if you are looking to site see in the surrounding area. The views off the lanai are breathtaking. Beach towels, snorkel masks and beach chairs are all provided. We sat on the beach and watched the waves everyday. Appreciated the chairs. We were somewhat disappointed in the cleanliness of the condo. I cleaned the tub, toilet and mopped the floors myself. They do have cleaning supplies for you to use, but wasn't expecting to have to clean when we arrived. Laury was very gracious in answering our calls for assistance on a couple of occasions. We will for sure consider this condo if we visit again. Overall very happy with our rental.

The stay was great everything just right exactly the same in the pic , the location is wonderful surrounding by many shops and Restaurants just walking like 2 mins to get to the shore and Alii Drive where the shops and restaurants and bar as well, the Condo is very clean and full of many good amenities for the beach and it has nice balcony with ocean view such an amazing view , I highly Recommending and the host was very helpful and easy check in and check out process.
