Enjoy panoramic views of the Homosassa River from your private elevated front porch. Cottage features one bedroom with Queen bed, full kitchen, bath and living room. Bring your boat - private boat ramp, dockside and trailer parking available on site. Our cottage is pet friendly for well behaved guests and their dog. Seagrass Waterfront restaurant and Tiki bar is right next door. Enjoy dinner, dockside drinks and Brunch on Sunday! (Please note, the entrance to this cottage has stairs and is not wheelchair accessible. Our remaining cottages were damaged by the hurricane, at this time we do not have an accessible unit available for rent)

Host was prompt and courteous. This cottage offered amazing views, as well as close to restaurants and various activities. Cottage clean and inviting decor. Will definitely stay again. Loved the waterfront.

BREATHTAKING VIEWS!!! In the morning the water is calm and you can watch the wildlife feed. Saw some manatee, ducks and lots of fish. Restaurant next door had great schnitzel! Owner was very responsive to any issues we had.

The cottage was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The restaurant next door was staffed with friendly, accommodating people. The bathroom was small and faucets squeaky. Overall, comfortable enough, andbudget friendly, for a two night stay.

Everything was great! The host responded to my inquiries quickly and positively, the cottage is adorable and has all the necessities. The view…is amazing. I have never been so excited to sit on a front porch and relax. Plenty to do in the area and lots of great restaurants to choose from, including their own right next door! Also stores like grocery, pharmacy etc are close and easy. We can’t wait to go back!!

Our stay was amazing! The people were very friendly, and the on-site restaurant was great. The property manager and everyone we interacted with were wonderful. We especially enjoyed our scalloping trip—it made the vacation even more memorable for my family and me. We would definitely book again

I have stayed at seagrass resort several times and always enjoy my stay there. Everything's clean and nice and quiet the folks next door at the restaurant are very helpful and friendly. It's a great spot to get away on the river. I got my own slip got my own boat ramp right outside my room. What more can I ask for?

Excellent place!

We can’t say enough good things about this place! Cottage on the water with a dock right next to a beautiful calm waterfront restaurant with an awesome Sunday brunch. We had a great time and will be back. Already looking at our schedule for a return soon. Mike, the manager was so nice and accommodating. We really liked him and his staff. Thank you again. :)

The view was nice. Bed was too firm. We had a rainy night and had to stay in. No tv in the bedroom and the living room one had no streaming and very little to no channels. The loveseat was very un comfortable and had a bunch of dog hair on it. We moved it out to watch tv looking forward and there was pieces of dog food and hair under it. Opened the curtain to watch the sunset and the whole rod fell down. When the air conditioner ran it was super loud at the head of the bed preventing a good night sleep.

We are in the process of receiving approvals to replace the storm damaged cottages and eagerly anticipating the start of our new resort with new elevated cottages and many improvements to the resort grounds.
