This Villa offers an affordable unique experience with access to the Homosassa River home of loving manatees and close to the gulf coast. Folks who visit this area can go fishing, bring their boat or rent one, go kayaking, trailing and enjoy the beauty of the springs. A few parks nearby allow exploring Florida's nature, diversity, and great weather.

The property is within a riverfront community. You can bring your own boat and have access to a community boat slip or one of the few nearby Marinas. The river offers many restaurants to choose from, where you can park your boat, have a nice bite and continue your journey. And you can swim with manatees just a few minutes from the Villa.
