There is an out door shower , beach chairs and an outside grill for your o needs.There is a basement apartment that the host uses when she comes to the cape that has its own entrance and amenities . There is a jaguar park in the driveway it belong to the host.

This property was perfect for what we were looking for. It was a cute, well kept little house where we were able to put our heads down in between our fishing all day.

This cute Cape Cod home was very clean, accurately described, and centrally located for all our sightseeing. The beds were comfortable, though the pillows are due for an upgrade.The host is relatively hands-off. We missed having a standard house manual—especially in the living room, where we had to juggle five different TV remotes with zero instructions. A solid place to stay, just needs a bit clearer guidance for guests!

Loved it! Would def stay here again! Super clean & smelled really good, the price is perfect. You’re less than a 10min drive to main st & the beach. The place is well kept and has a spacious back yard, the host also stayed on the property one night but you wouldn’t have even known they were there. The host is also very responsive to messages.

We had a wonderful time in Cape Cod in large part due to staying at this property. The place was immaculately clean, which is top priority for me. It was comfortable and spacious and very well maintained. The outside property was nicely manicured and the deck was so convenient. The beds were some of the most comfortable beds that I have been on. I will keep this place in mind for future trips to the Cape.
