Big Pine Hideaway, a 2 Bedroom Cabin with Hot-tub and A/C

On 12 acres adjacent to Pisgah National forest, our cabin has the best of remote living while also being only 20 minutes drive to downtown Marshall, 30 minutes drive to the App Trail and Hot Springs and 40 minutes drive to downtown Asheville with all of its world class dining and brewery options. There is plenty to do close to the cabin; whitewater rafting, hiking, fishing and more. Relax in outdoor comfort on the covered porch & patio, roast marshmallows over the Solo stove fire pit, soak in the hot-tub, play a game, or stream your favorite show via the fiber internet.

The pace was beautiful. Very clean and welcoming. Even hd some snacks waiting for us. When we found out a winter storm was coming, Host Doug gave us emergency water (just in case) and came in to inspect the heat to make sure we would be comfortable. Doug is a very helpful and personable host. Hot tub was great. First time I used one in the snow! Would definitely return.

My husband Doug and I live on the property about 1/3 mile up the driveway (quite secluded) from the cabin. We love sharing this tiny corner of WNC with guests, and we both especially enjoy hosting return visitors who appreciate the serenity of an Appalachian forest :)
