The Loft at Laughing River Farm not only offers a comfortable, spacious retreat for guests, but also has many amenities and unique features. The Loft is a waterfront property, less than 100 yards from the Ivy River, where you can tube, swim, fish, or enjoy a stroll along the river. The Loft is located next to Laughing River Farm, where you can purchase fresh tomatoes, squash, asparagus, greens, shiitake mushrooms, fresh eggs, and other vegetables in season, all organically grown right outside your door.

The Loft also features custom kitchen cabinetry. The cabinets and drawers in our kitchen are made from Walnut right from our backyard, and were designed and built by a local master carpenter, Ira Kohn. While your time inside our loft is sure to be lovely, we love being outdoors, which is why the back deck spans the entire length of the Barn. The deck is a great place to eat, drink, and be merry while listening to the sound of birds and the Ivy River.

We will be providing basics to make your stay here enjoyable and comfortable. Linens and towels are provided. The Loft offers complimentary coffee and tea, soap, shampoo.

Free parking at the front door is included. There are a few steps up to the front porch. You may walk around the property, please see the map in our notebook for details.

Your 1 well behaved dog is welcome with a $25 extra cleaning fee. If you are bringing a dog, please refer to our Pet Policy and be sure you can agree to everything before booking. Thank you!!
PLEASE SCROLL THRU & READ ADDITIONAL RULES ~ BE SURE YOU AGREE TO FOLLOW ALL RULES BEFORE BOOKING! No shoes in house, dog must be on a leash outside, no pets on furniture. Don't leave your dog alone in the Loft more than 1-2 hours! LET ME KNOW AHEAD OF TIME WHO IS COMING INCLUDING ANY DOGS, and any service or support animals - there is a $25 dog fee, please leave on the counter for our cleaner. THANK YOU!
