Gloria was a wonderful guest! She took excellent care of the home and left everything very clean and well maintained. We truly appreciated how respectfully she treated the property throughout her stay. We would gladly welcome Gloria back anytime and highly recommend her to other hosts. 10/10 guest!

Thank you for your feedback, Sharon. We’re sorry the sleeping arrangement did not meet your expectations during your stay. Prior to this reservation, we had hosted numerous successful stays at the property without previous guests raising concerns regarding the bed configuration. Throughout your stay, our team remained highly responsive and available, including assisting with arrival support, parking guidance, alarm clarification, thermostat adjustments, follow-up communication, and multiple check-ins to ensure your group was comfortable. The reservation was completed in full without any request for cancellation, relocation, or intervention through Vrbo during occupancy, and we appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention. We will continue reviewing listing details and accommodations to ensure the clearest possible expectations for future guests. Thank you again for staying with us, and we wish you safe travels moving forward.

Bridgette was a respectful and communicative guest. It was a pleasure hosting her during her stay, and I’d be happy to host her again anytime. We’d also gladly welcome any of her friends, family, or colleagues in the future!
