The place was nice and free flowing. I was comfortable here. The access to the beach wasn't bad either. Parking is right in front of your door. A tiny suggestion would be cream and sugar for the coffee. The communication was on point. I hope to come back someday.

The bedroom was very hot at night even after getting permission to lower thermostat 75 to 69. Privacy was an issue in the Bedroom where Bedroom window covered with a 3/4 quarter shade that could not be lowered. Could see lights from outside all night and passersby on street could see in the window. Covered lower part of window with a bath towel. The kitchen window had the full length shade (odd). Water in Bathroom sink never warmed up. Otherwise clean and within walking distances to all the attractions.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you found the property clean and enjoyed the convenient location. Regarding the temperature, after reviewing the thermostat settings, it appears the system was set to Auto rather than Cool, which would explain why the air conditioning was not running continuously to maintain the lower temperature setting. When set to Cool, the system is able to keep the unit comfortable, including during the warmer summer months. We were also unable to replicate the concern regarding the bathroom sink, as the sink does provide hot water. For that reason, we’re not entirely sure what issue may have been encountered during your stay. As for the window coverings, the blinds are full-length, so we’re not certain what was being referenced. That said, the owner has already informed us that blackout shades will be installed in the near future, which should further enhance privacy and light control for future guests. We appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best in your future travels.

It is managed by Chris, who has been managing vacation rentals in the area for more than a decade.
