This home offers a spacious and sophisticated setting for your getaway. Thoughtfully designed for comfort and ease, it features a fully equipped kitchen, living areas, and a private fenced yard.

Step onto your private dock to tie up your boat, cast a line, or simply relax as you take in the calming rhythm of the water. Please note that while the dock is ideal for recreation and relaxation, electricity and water are not currently available. (It takes a 250-foot extension cord to get electricity to your boat if you dock. There is electricity at the house if you park in the driveway.)
We allow 1 pet under 50 pounds to join you when pre-approved at your inquiry.

Ideally located just a few miles from a public boat landing with convenient access to I-95, premier golf courses, and dining options in nearby Santee, Summerton, and Manning.

For your peace of mind, exterior security cameras are discreetly placed at the front and back of the property. To save confusion about our policies, please read our house rules. Thank you!
