Our granddaughter loved the playground, the pool was a bit cool though. The den furniture was comfortable. i could have used a broom.

LOVE SUNNYSIDE!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family rented 5 units at Sunnyside, it is our second year there. We LOVE Sunnyside, the staff is friendly, the grounds are so immaculately kept and the pool was great. The access to the beach is fabulous and this unit is very close to the beach. The only thing I could suggest for this unit is for it to be better stocked. Having stayed in a different unit last year, and having my family in surrounding units, this unit was minimally stocked. Bring your own wine opener, and wine glasses. Also, the unit had a bad smell when we arrived, however after we put air fresheners all around, it took care of the problem. The 2nd air conditioner upstairs is fabulous, we froze! Also, with COVID, there are no throws, or extra blankets. Either bring some, or ask the office for some. Other than those small complaints, the week was fabulous, we will stay at that unit again in the future.

We love the relaxed atmosphere of Sunnyside Condos and would highly recommend it to others. It is out of the crowded area, but close enough that it is convenient to many restaurants, shopping, etc.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sunnyside Beach And Tennis Resort is a great family destination. We have been staying here with family in their condo for about 10 years. Location is the best on the beach with an easy walk to the beach and a great pool. This unit was suitable for 6 adults and 4 children. Kitchen items could stand to be updated with more utensils and better pots and pans. Mattresses are not the best especially the master. Would need to be updated before we stay in this unit in the future.
