It was clean and comfortable. The locations was perfect for our purposes of visiting with friends and family at Battle Run.We are senior citizens and the rugs were very slippery. I ended up taking them up and moving them so we wouldn't slip and fall. The bathroom was small but adequate. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable.
