Fantastic place to stay in the heart of Annapolis

This place has everything you need. It’s a short walk to everything you need in Annapolis and has a great backyard for entertaining and enjoying the outside. The bedrooms are very comfortable and we would highly recommend.

Wonderful house! Great location! Beds were very comfortable. My only suggestion would be to mention in the description that the master bedroom with the king size bed does not have an actual door that shuts completely. Instead there are two shutter like doors which doesn’t make the bedroom sound proof for privacy.

Incredible stay in the BEST location

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful historic home - built in the 1800s but updated with every modern feature you could want. The house is adorable and spacious with high end appliances, gorgeous decor, and plenty of room for our group of four couples to relax and enjoy. The location couldn’t be better - right downtown and walkable to amazing restaurants, shops, the U.S. Naval Academy, and we even walked to a game at the stadium. We got coffee just 2 blocks away in the mornings and walked along the marina. At night we had dinner & drinks in the home’s adorable backyard patio area. It’s the perfect spot for anyone wanting to experience historic Annapolis with all the comfort and space of a vacation home. Thank you - we can’t wait to come back!

Historic home in downtown Annapolis

I have rented homes all over the world but this is a rare gem. First the location is second to none. Right in the heart of downtown, we walked to docks, to shopping, to coffee and out for dinner. This lovely home comfortably slept our family with large gathering rooms and a fabulous outdoor entertaining area. Everything we needed was available in the chefs kitchen. I was looking for an immersive historical experience for my visit to Annapolis and this home was icing on the cake. It’s easy to see why it has welcomed families for many years. PS: Catch the water taxi at City Dock to the Chart House. Grab a bite to eat in Eastport and walk back over the bridge to Green Street. Inexpensive fun for any age!

Great home!

My wife & 3 of our adult children stayed here for the USNA Parents weekend. Home is clean, well maintained, with a strong central a/c, and a large modern kitchen. In addition the bedrooms are spacious & comfortable, and you cannot beat the location! On top of everything, the property manager made check-in and check-out super easy. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect for I-Day at USNA

This house was perfect for our family as we dropped off our second Plebe to USNA. One of the best we’ve stayed in — the location can’t be beat and there’s plenty of space to unwind and relax with room for all to breathe a bit. It’s clean and tastefully decorated. The outdoor space is charming, too! We hope this house works for some of our future events in Annapolis!

The house was great and the location is excellent! Very authentic and historical and the backyard was darling. The room with two king beds is smaller than it appeared, so just be aware if you are planning to have multiple people sleep in there. The host sent multiple automated texts with standard check in and out procedures but was otherwise a little challenging to get ahold of. There were minimal supplies for a 10 person stay and I would suggest the house have more supplies for the size of guests. However I would still stay here again knowing that!

Hi, Tara. Sorry you couldn’t reach us for some reason, although I don’t see any unanswered messages from you all weekend. In any case, we provide a “starter pack” of toiletries, paper products, coffee, dishwasher pods, etc., but we would have been happy to bring over extra supplies if you had let us know.
