Mike was a super host. Super helpful with quick responses to any need. The condo fit all of our needs and close by to everything. We loved Ventura Country Club and felt very safe.

Great host, and a great place for a quick getaway.

Mike was a fantastic host. He was gracious, helpful, and accommodating. The property itself was perfect for our group of four, with plenty of room for meals, relaxing, sleeping, etc. The pool was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the beautiful Florida weather, and it was never busy during our stay. Parking was easy, and we always found a spot close to the entrance. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Property

Everything about our stay was great! Awesome communication from the host, safe gated community with friendly gate guards, close to groceries and restaurants, lots of space in the unit and two nice pools (and one hot tub!) super close to the unit. We would definitely stay again if we ever visit the area again.

The owner of the property was very personable and friendly. He helped with everything we needed making or stay the best it could be. Everything was as listed abd excatly what we needed for our stay.

Great stay, Easy to rent from

This was one of the easiest stays we have had on VRBO. Mike is the owner and he walked us through the property, gave tips on sights to see, just made sure we knew where everything was and to make sure there weren't any issues. The rental was cleaned and fully stocked. Great guy, easy to do business with.

Very Accommodating

Mike was a great host. He told us all about the area, things to do and good places to eat. When we told him we wanted to go to the beach he offered us beach chairs and towels to use which was very nice. The condo was an older unit but one of the bathrooms was recently remodeled and looked great. If I had to mention any negatives it would be that some of the towels need to be replaced, other than that everything was fine. We decided last minute to bring our two small dogs which made it difficult to find a place but Mike allowed us to bring them. We would definitely come back.

Good neighbourhood with nice shared amenities

The Ventura Country Club neighbourhood is a nice comfortable area. Lots of pools, good natural areas to explore and although we are not golfers we are told it is good golfing. The 19th Hole is a tasty and affordable family restaurant. The unit we rented was small but adequate for three adults and two children. However the furnishings are large and the decor outdated. The beds are comfortable. The linens and kitchen items need to be re-equipped and enhanced. The owner is friendly, helpful and easy to talk to. We were told that he is in the process of remodeling. We had a good week with the family and found the area convenient for excursions to the beach or to nature parks while still convenient for shopping.

Great host. Clean, well-stocked condo.

If you are looking for a high-end, modern condo with top of the live appliances and granite countertops, this is not your condo. But if you are content with a clean, quiet, well-stocked condo with a very helpful and accommodating host in a quiet resort with access to to 3 pools, amazing AC and free parking, I’d recommend Mike and this property. We especially loved the screened in porch overlooking the pond. Note: The golf course is currently closed for refurbishment (which didn’t matter to us at all. Not sure if it’s busier when the course is open) though the clubhouse restaurant is still open.

Home away from home ❤️

A very nice place that felt like home. Clean, ample towels and kitchen accessories. Restaurant on site that was very convenient. Anything you need is close and within a 2 mile drive max. Absolutely beautiful dog park only minutes away. Mike is an excellent host and provides excellent communication. Would definitely stay again.

Nice Trip

We stayed in one of Mike’s other condo’s than the one we selected, not sure why, but we had a good stay. Everything we needed was included In the condo. Mike was a very nice host, showed us around the clubhouse and the condo, answered all our questions. We would definitely stay again at one of Mikes properties. Thank You.

Mike T was the best and met us at the property for a tour and check in. Extremely responsive owner

We enjoyed our month in Mike and Kareena’s condo. Mike was exceptionally responsive and even came within an hour or so on a Saturday to fix a broken toilet. Great owners. Great community, and we loved the golf course. We will be back!

Family vacation
