Beautiful house on the lake that just needs a little TLC. Rooms were great, kitchen was well stocked, and the views were beautiful. Hot tub needed new water or a good cleaning. Host was very responsive with all of our requests. Patio furniture needed to be replaced. Despite those few things we enjoyed our stay.

There were 10 of us getting ready for my niece’s wedding. The reason I loved this property was because it had 3 full baths. The bathroom shower upstairs was leaking into the half bath downstairs. We weren’t able to use that shower. This was a huge inconvenience. I messaged the host and it took him 36 hours to get back to me!! Not very reliable at all.

Property was pretty spacious for our large family with pets. The view was definitely beautiful! Seems like they have done allot of remodeling but there were definitely some things they could still improve that would make it a little better. Especially the stairs to the water. It was very rocky and slippery down by the water especially if u have younger kids. Love that they have games downstairs for the kids and the kayaks and paddle board but there was only one functioning paddle for all. It would also be nice to have a TV in the upstairs living room. We were surprised someone showed up to mow the lawn while we were there but they were quick and wasn't too much of a bother a heads up would probably give other guests a easier plan for the day knowing they were coming. We did have a little bit of a bee problem the first day we were there. It would also be nice to have a larger table in the kitchen for eating but all in all it was a great view with lots of space.

Had a girls weekend in January. What a house!!! View was amazing, hot tub was perfect, house was beautiful and clean and Tony was super helpful with anytbing we needed. Highly recommend!!! We will 100% be back in the future.

We had an absolutely wonderful Thanksgiving stay here — the home was cozy, spotless, and the perfect place to unwind for the holiday. The views were incredible, and being right near Lake Ontario made the whole trip feel extra special. The shoreline is truly gorgeous and was such a peaceful backdrop for our stay.Everything was smooth from check-in to checkout, and the space had everything we needed for a comfortable long weekend. The only thing we wished for was a TV in the common area so we could watch the parade and the game together. But honestly, that was a tiny detail in an otherwise perfect visit.Also, if you’re bringing kids, don’t forget your baby gates!!We loved our time here and would absolutely rent this place again.

This was our first time at an Air BN&B so we’re new to the process. Definitely an older home and you can tell they are working on updating and renovating so keep an open mind. Communication with Tony was easy and he periodically checked in via messages to make sure we didn’t need anything.The house has a beautiful view of Lake Ontario. There is access to the lake but not much of a beach. We stayed there in late May, there is no dock or launch so kayaking was a challenge due to how choppy the water was. But if you are just there for the view then you’re all set! There are neighbors and no fence so keep that in mind if you plan to bring pets. The house comfortably housed our group of 5 adults and 3 kids. House was clean and well stocked. Even the kitchen had condiments and supplies which we were not expecting so I suggest checking the cupboards before going shopping. If not, there are plenty of food options within 15mins. Laundry and cleaning supplies were present as well. Unfortunately the indoor hot tub and sauna were not functioning but that was in the posting when we booked. Outdoor hot tub was great especially since the evening temps were a little chilly. Plenty of cozy sitting spots and fluffy blankets in the main living space. We even took advantage of some of the board games that were in the little library downstairs. Wifi is available as well as a surround sound system you can connect to via bluetooth. Overall great spot. Highly recommend!

The property is beautiful and was comfortable for my group of six adults and six children. The experience with Vrbo and the host was an absolute nightmare. I made the reservation and didn't initially know how many children would be with us, let the host know, and was told to update the reservation when I knew. (our stay was booked for the 21st of February early in January). When I knew the final number (January 28th)I tried to update the reservation as instructed but was unable to. I contacted the host several times to let him know, but he was unresponsive. Finally he responded on 2.14.26, asking me to call Vrbo to update the reservation. I called them twice, on hold for extended amounts of time (two hours) and finally was told only the host could update the booking. Vrbo was also having trouble getting the host to respond. When he finally did, he also sent me another bill, our final cost being almost 1400.00 for one night. At this point, because he ignored me for so long, it was too late to cancel without losing my money. I feel as if I was scammed and my complaints to Vrbo fell on deaf ears. We did go, we had a great time at the Winterfest celebration and were very comfortable. However, there was another issue i contacted the host about while there and he never responded. Also, none of the TVs were working. Weird. I'm done with Vrbo altogether. If you stay at this property, get the price ahead of time.

Wow…..I’m not sure where to start but when we walked in the front door it has to be the amazing view. The house had plenty of room and was surprisingly well appointed, it was perfect for our family and we are considering booking again for next year’s family vacation. Our host Tony communicated well and helped make our check-in and check out seamless. Thank you Tony

We very much enjoyed our stay at this house. The house was clean, well maintained and the view was absolutely wonderful. The downstairs game area was great for the both the kids and adults. We would definitely stay here again.

Extremely challenging experience with communication. Property managed by a third party (not homeowner) who was not responsive and/or indirect from initial inquiries through booking, stay, and close out. Was charged extra fees for small family gathering, in addition to 1,000 in service and host fees. The bedrooms in the basement level were extremely loud, could hear every footstep and coin drop from first floor above, which were high traffic areas (kitchen and living room). Also despite having sleeping for 17 there was no place to dine other than a small round kitchen table with seating for 4 and two flimsy bar stools. Will not recommend this property.
