This updated condo has accommodations for 4 and provides a spacious living/dining room with a wood burning fireplace, comfortable couch, and large smart TV. The fully stocked kitchen comes with complementary coffee, and opens up to the dining room creating an inviting space. This condo also provides:

- 1 large bedroom w/ comfortable king mattress
- 1 queen pull-out couch
- 1 full bathroom
- washer/dryer
- high speed WiFi
- private deck w/ outdoor seating
**This is a first level unit, but does require two flights of stairs to access the unit (19 steps).**

During your stay you'll also have access to the shared pool and hot tub, grills, and sauna located at the clubhouse and a short walk from the unit.

The condo complex backs up to Power Line trail which connects to Raiders Ridge and the Horse Gulch trail system, a world class mountain biking system. There are also soccer fields and a park directly across the street, as well as tennis courts and a golf course (Hillcrest Golf Club). There are several more trails, as well as a disc golf course that weave through and around the Fort Lewis college campus, all within walking distance of the complex.

Stayed the weekend for our friends from college wedding. We could walk from the apartment to the ceremony. The place was a clean little one bedroom but perfect for our stay. The host had very clear check in and check out instructions and gave the deposit back a few days after our stay.

When we arrived the house was FREEZING. We had 30 minutes to get ready in the COLD and head to our Basketball game. First night we slept in the bed that was not very comfortable we heard a lot of noise and my wife said the house is haunted she basically did not sleep. Ton's of bugs I had to kill, clothes left in the dresser and closet from previous guests, outside front door someone spit not once or twice but like six times it was totally disgusting. I could not get hot water from the sink in the bathroom. I was in the living room talking on my phone and TV turned on by its own VERY WEIRD. My wife ended up getting sick so we left early. So sorry to give such a bad review but it was not a good experience for us. Feel free to call me if need be - Mo

Hi Mo - thanks for your feedback. We do apologize the heat wasn't set to your desired temp upon arrival. We keep our units at around 55 degrees between guests to keep utility costs down. We've received feedback raving about the mattress and are surprised to hear you didn't enjoy it. As for the noise, this is a first level unit, so maybe you were hearing the people above? After speaking with you on the phone, you clarified you had to kill a few bugs (a wasp and a spider). As I mentioned over the phone, we do our best to mitigate bugs getting in, but sometimes they get in through open windows or doors. We're not sure what the issue was with the spit on the walkway. This unit shares a set of exterior stairs and walkway both managed by the HOA, and we've brought the issue up with them. You also mentioned that you left the morning of your scheduled checkout, so your comment about leaving early is a little misleading. We didn't hear from you at all throughout your stay about any of these issues. We could have diagnosed and resolved the water issue, and looked into the TV spontaneously turning on. As I mentioned over the phone, if you have issues with future stays please let your host know so they can help resolve the issues. We're here to help, but not knowing about any of these issues until after the fact prevents us the opportunity to help.
