Quiet neighbourhood, near the beach. The apartment is clean and new, with all the amenities for a comfortable stay.

Really nice little place, great area of Kitts, quiet, clean & private. Great communication with host & was exactly what we wanted & expected. Would stay here again! Thank you for a great weekend while moving our daughter to Vancouver for university!

Had a great stay at the apartment! It is a freestanding unit, separate from the host's home, in an extremely beautiful part of the city, near the water and Jericho Beach Park. Bus service along 10th St. and Broadway make the area very convenient. Unit was very clean with good light. I recommend this property!

Nice location, we arrived during a warm spell in Vancouver.No air conditioning, have a fan, made sure to close and open windows depending on where the sun was shining. Luckily evenings cooled off. Lots of sunlight (two skylights).Overall good place for two people to explore the neighborhood for a reasonable cost
